  My visit on saturday was nothing but unpleasant , what was supposed to be me going through the drive thru to buy a drink i could enjoy turned into the most unpleasant visit. Alex the girl taking my order was extremely rude and continuously cut me off. then proceeded to gossip about my request with another car full of customers. which i think is very unprofessional of her. this is very upsetting and i really dont think she shows and or carries the values of “brewing kindness”.

  Great drink selection and staff has always been great. Having the ability to select sweetness level is awesome. Today my experience was terrible though. Whoever took my order seemed like they were bothered that I drove up. And when my drinks were brought up it was one at a time instead of the usual 2 at a time. They just gave me the first drink and said here you go and stared at me. No mention of the second drink coming up soon so I had to ask about the others and they finally did say they’re almost done. It was uncomfortable. I’m going to chalk it up as a bad day so I won’t knock off a star.

  We got in the outer lane, and 2 cars on the inner lane got their orders before we did. I felt it was slow for a drive through coffee place. No coffee. Server offered Americano or Latte, it felt like they didn't know what those were. Americano was ok. Other item we got was the banana bread cold brew, and they was liked. I did not see any prices anywhere, but wasn't thinking about it too much. None on the online menu and none I could see from our car. Order was $12, for two drinks, which seems expensive.

  Our car got skipped in the line and I had to wave down the employee taking orders to finally get our order taken. When we got to the window our drinks weren’t ready because we had been skipped. The manager told her employees to rush our drinks but they were not rushed and the manager continued serving the cars behind us while we waited. We sat at the pickup window for an extra 20 minutes waiting for our drinks, holding up the line and traffic onto a very busy street. The drinks were fine but I will probably not be returning to this location.

  I specifically asked for no sugar In my drink due to medical reasons. I have gotten the same drink here here 2 times now and have had no issue. Today I ordered my drink and it tasted a bit sweet. I specifically asked for no sugar options, obviously there was shugar and my blood sugar has spiked extremely high. I tried calling them directly and its just an automated message with no real way of contacting anywone. I will stick to DD where they get my order correct. 7 brew I appreciate the response but not looking for anything free, I did give your location a 2nd try the next day, I paid for my order and waited for my drink, the girl came up to me saying that I needed to pay, I explained that someone else took payment, she was very rude and had a bad attitude, I looked on my app and confirmed there was a pending transaction made. Didn't want to argue so I handed the drink back and left. Really wanted to like this place because of the sugar free options.
