THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDERS & MOST ORDERS ARE MISSING ITEMS & NOT FRESH. TONIGHT THEY FORGOT MY TRIPLE CHEESEBURGER AND MANAGER MICHAEL TOLD ME WELL THEY GET ABOUT 20 ORDERS AT THIS TIME AND CAN'T KEEP UP! SERIOUSLY????? WHAT A JERK AND A POOR EXCUSE FOR A MANAGER! ESCALATING THIS TO THE MCDONALDS HQ ASAP. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO PREPARE THE ORDERS CLOSE THE DAMN STORE!!!!!!

Waited 10 mins just to watch them serve i don't know how many cars after me frappe, I reversed honked horn and was ignored. Then a woman comes to window hands me a frappe. When I asked her why did I have to wait so long, see said there was a line. Yes! I was in front of it. You served so many after me , why did I have to wait? She frantically said, your not gonna yell at me! You can yell at my manager! I guess when they have no reason why to be so late with your food or drink your in the wrong and now a simple question becomes yelling? Don't get me wrong some of the staff there are nice people but whoever this lady was, needs a customer service class or too. I give this mcdonalds a 1 all day! Horrible service, and I was late to work for a frappe?
- JDJeff DMar 16, 20262.0I have had a lot of Mchicken sandwiches and dont ever remember the chicken looking like this. Felt a little soggy and the sandwich was smashed. The fries were definitely not fresh as well. Drive through service was fair. They typically keep the outside and inside of this location fairly nice and clean.
