I always customize my sandwiches how I like them and recently have had issues with them not making them as specified on my order. On my receipt it shows exactly what i order but the sandwiches are not made correctly. I understand occasional mistakes are made so I let it go the first time. I tried going to tellJJ.com listed on the receipt to give feedback but it cant be reached. Delivery is always fairly quick and never had any other issues. Just wish they would get my order correct.

Another girl working hard making sandwiches told the girl near the back to get the register. The girl in the back with dark hair walked up to the register with her mouth completely full. I told her I needed to pay cash for my online order. She turned around and walked away and still has not said one word to me the entire time. Looks around comes back and looks again then says “there it is”. No greeting, impolite, looks like she hates her job. Maybe she should find a new one then. Everytime I go into jimmy John’s it has been a pleasant experience but not today.
