  When I walked in I noticed 2 employees near the back by the door talking. I walked up to the register and nobody came up. Another girl working hard making sandwiches told the girl near the back to get the register. The girl in the back with dark hair walked up to the register with her mouth completely full. I told her I needed to pay cash for my online order. She turned around and walked away and still has not said one word to me the entire time. Looks around comes back and looks again then says “there it is”. No greeting, impolite, looks like she hates her job. Maybe she should find a new one then. Everytime I go into jimmy John’s it has been a pleasant experience but not today.

  We paid for our food and then sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches to be made. I have never had to wait here this long. I thought Jimmy John’s was supposed to be freaky fast???

  I ordered the Thai Chicken Wrap and it arrived really fast! It was perfectly made and one of the tastiest things I've had for a long time! Great job Folks!!

  The toasted roast beef & cheddar is the best thing out of Jimmy John's since the invention of the "Sandwich PhD". Better than a bootlegger with bacon, guac and spicy mayo. I don't know the staff much and have to get used to them but they're nice.

  Girl at counter was big help. I placed my order online. It got screwed up wasn't ready I arrived and they didn't even see. So I replaced and was ready in a few minutes. Thanks jimmy johns.
