    McDonald's is one of those places I go to about every 6 months to remind me that I forgot how bad their food is. I got a steak mcmuffin and it was no longer a piece of steak, but a glued together patty of meat like parts. The egg used to look like an egg. Now it's a thin leathery disk. Even the muffin tasted like a computer's idea of what a muffin should taste like. While eating my abomination of a breakfast sammich, I kept thinking about how I could leave this sammich out on the back porch for a year and it would look the same on its first birthday. At this point, why not just have us pull up to the window and jam a caulk gun full of Food McPaste right into our mouths like a baby bird and send us on our way? At least I wouldn't have to chew it. Remember when McDonald's was good food? I do.

    Not sure what is up with all these restaurants wanting to walk your food thru the store and into the parking lot to your car?? I just refused to go curbside (it's raining, I ordered drive thru not curbside, and they have some weird policy about being required to not fold the bag shut) and now they shorted me food and refused to refund it. Guy on the phone (Johnathon) refused to refund the item saying he didn't have access to do that in the system. First they steal our pennies (the change should always be given in the customers favor, not the store) now they just outright steal your food even tho it is them being timed on the order not me!! Do better!!!

    Very poor service at Drive through. Seldom has ice cream and off they do the shakes are the consistency of latte. Very slow service.

    Treated ourselves to 2 hotcakes/sausage breakfasts and extra hash browns. $2.69 each hash browns tasted like they'd been cooked a week ago - dried out, rock hard and cold. 1 of the breakfasts wasn't in the bag. Lousy service and expensive disappointing food.

    Not only will they hand your order to the car ahead of you, they’ll STILL get it wrong after you tell them exactly what your order is at the window. I really don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get a plain hamburger here when I have selected plain every single time. Got the works on my “fixed” meal after they gave away my original food. Had to verbally request ketchup packets despite putting them on the my order. I come here on my break as it’s convenient and I don’t have the time to come back in and get these things fixed before I have to get back to work myself. I get it if it happens every once in a while but it is literally every single time. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a while now and the service lately has really been going downhill. I’m sick of being pulled forward when the drive thru is completely empty, just for my food to not even be fresh when I receive it. I thought the whole point of pulling someone forward was if you were still working on an item in the order (ie. waiting for fries to come out fresh from the frier). Unless that is the managers only carry about drive thru times and numbers. It’s really frustrating to experience as a customer when I’m waiting on a mobile order I sent through 10 minutes ago and the food is soggy or the burgers are literally stripped? Not to mention the majority of the time I ask for extra salt on my fries, they either don’t give me packets or the fries have NO salt on them (and still soggy). I used to get my burgers with ketchup on them but it seems some people can’t read because I always get onions or cheese on it clearly peeled or scraped off, so I had to start ordering plain with ketchup packets (which they also forget more than half the time). I’m tired of it and wish the quality of your products was monitored more. The second photo shows this disgusting black powdery dirt substance in my pineapple mango smoothie. I will not be coming back here for a while.
