  I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, and I’m honestly still shocked. I went through the drive-thru at the Oswego location expecting a quick, normal order, but what I witnessed was completely unacceptable. While my drink was being prepared, I clearly saw a couple of employees handling it in a disgusting and unprofessional way — it looked like they actually spit in it right in front of me. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. When I questioned it, they became extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the problem. No customer should ever have to worry about the safety or cleanliness of their food, let alone be treated with that level of disrespect. This goes way beyond bad service — it’s a serious health concern. I left without taking the drink and won’t be coming back. Management seriously needs to step in and address what’s going on at this location.

  5 stars even my order wasn't correct. People make mistakes, however they took care of the situation with a smile and turned it in to a 5. Good job
