  Store employees were kind. What is not kind is the garbage rewards system that doesn’t let you immediately buy your sandwich using the option of your reward points via your phone number. Over complicated systems ruin the process of “freaky fast” I ordered my sandwich in store and was told during check out that it needed to be “claimed” in the app prior to ordering . Also turns out I can’t buy any sandwich I want with my points but only the selected options in the app. Due to the team making my original sandwich before the point issue was resolved, I ended up paying for my sandwich with cash as opposed to using my points. Complete waste of time. I will no longer be catering company events with Jimmy John’s going forward. Go to Jersey Mikes if you want to regular a sub shop and build points that can be used without hassle.

  I always receive the best of service at this location. The manager and employees are really awesome, extremely efficient and just a wonderful group of people. The food is always extremely fresh and tasty, and a good value, too!! Thank you!!

  I stopped at Jimmy John’s expecting quick service, but was surprised when I was handed my food and expected to bag it myself. If customers are doing part of the job, it feels extremely bold to then be prompted for a tip at checkout. If you’re going to ask customers for tips, at least provide the level of service that traditionally goes along with it. I would not recommend this location

  I picked up an order. It was the complexly wrong sandwich. When asked what my name was for pickup, the worker confirmed my order. When I got to my destination (that was far too away to go back) I open my sandwich to see it has bread and a meat I cannot eat. It was very upsetting.
