While ordering, we noticed that an employee who took over preparing our bowls was not wearing a hair net. At the time, we thought it was unprofessional, but we didn’t expect it to affect our food. When we got home and started eating, my boyfriend suddenly felt something in his throat and pulled out a long strand of hair that had been mixed into his bowl. It was already partially down his throat before he realized what it was. This was extremely unpleasant and unsanitary. As a result, neither of us could continue eating our meals, and the food ended up going to waste. We paid for food that we were unable to enjoy due to a preventable food safety issue. I would appreciate a response regarding this incident and what will be done to address it.
- MMMicah MJun 4, 20261.0I hate to write this bad review because I love chipotle. But this location needs some work, the meat is ALWAYS very dry. Portions are smaller than other chipotles, the water and ice dispenser is very gross. Every time I get a cup of water, cilantro or black stuff comes out, it’s disgusting no other way to put it. Also the work station is often really dirty, the salsas are all mixed together because the workers are going too fast. I understand it’s a busy location but this location really needs to improve.
