  I had went into Chipotle today for lunch. I ordered a steak bowl and the employee put chicken, I asked is that steak and she said no it’s chicken. I said oh I said steak can you please remake with steak and she responded NO you said chicken! To which the cashier at the end of the line commented please just remake her bowl. Upon her remaking it she put in white rice vs the brown I asked for, it felt wrong to hold the line up so I just accepted her “mistake”. I’m not sure what happened to customer service but I would be nice when paying for an 18 dollar meal to not have confrontations with the staff.

  Thank you for being so kind after my mistake this morning. My bowl was perfect, portions were great, fresh, and the entire staff was welcoming and kind even though I showed up right when they opened. I’m so sorry again, thank you for the great food and conversation!

  On April 14th around 8:15 PM or within that hour when I was checking out the lady at the register was extremely kind. I had my kids with me and things were a little difficult for me in the moment and she just showed me a lot of kindness and compassion and she doesn’t know it, but that really made my day and I just pray she’s rewarded and seen for her kindness in private. Just a little kindness really goes a long way. Kudos to her.

  I like Chipotle but this location has gotten my order wrong many times. Everything from missing ingredients, swapped ingredients, bits of other meat … I even got someone else’s order completely. I don’t feel the staff pays attention when making the food, and would not recommend this location.

  Rarely do I do reviews unless it’s amazing service, this chipotle reviews definitely live up to how terrible this chipotle is run. Every time I come to this place it’s an absolute mess, it’s always understaffed, always new faces. Every review I read is about how they under serve the amount of protein, same case here got tacos and instead of making it adequate portions, feels as though they’re serving the meat as it’s coming out of their check. Even worse the add ons were worse than the meet serves, I can’t believe I’m typing up a review about chipotle not serving enough mild and hot. Make it a point to skip this chipotle. If you want decent servings for inauthentic Mexican food, might as well go to dosbros up the street.
