- JHJavier HernandezMay 8, 20261.0I haven’t been here in a while, and unfortunately my visit today (5/8) was really disappointing. My mobile order had several mistakes. First, a small drink was missing, which they corrected after I mentioned it. But when I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong drink entirely — I ordered a strawberry Hibiscus lemonade (with an upcharge) and received a Diet Coke instead. I also redeemed a free medium fry that was missing from the order, and we didn’t receive any sauces for the strips and nuggets. Chick-fil-A usually does a great job and rarely messes up orders, which is why this experience was especially disappointing.
