  It was really nice walking in here! The service was kind and hard working people here. We were patient as they were working around a lot. The food is good but it's a bit salty. But good!

  The Manager here is doing his thing!!!! Every time I come here he is really considerate and makes sure guests are acknowledged and feel welcome. Had a chicken sandwich and Brussels today and he made sure it was correct before he even brought it to me good job I will definitely be back

  She reached in our bag………….. The store manager reached in my girlfriend‘s bag, grabbed fries and threw them away in her face And claimed it was stored policy. BUT In actuality, they gave us the wrong set of fries and the other person behind the counter said we can keep our fries. —>Physically, reaching in my girlfriend’s bag is unacceptable And super strange. The black woman with the glasses Is the woman that we’re talking about. Who claims to be the store manager.

  Unfortunately my paper bag that my burger and food came in was drenched in grease from the bottom. I had placed it on my lap for a second without realizing it was so bad and I soon felt it on my pants. My burger was wrapped up in the bag and seeing it the first time I thought they literally just threw everything into the wrapper without assembling it. When I opened it the bottom bun was so soggy. Overall the taste was pretty good, not a fan of the yellow sauce. But very greasy which okay it’s a burger joint serving better burgers. But at this point unfortunately five guys would be better instead. :( I also go the hot fries and they weren’t the best. I did like the chicken tenders though with the ranch sauce. I will say the chicken tenders were very good. Food was ready on time but I just wish a bit more care had been taken in the assembly of the burger and bag.😭

  Ordered online to pickup up my food at 7:45 for my family. Couldn't believe the doors were already locked and staff cleaning up. They are supposed to be open until 10. I called and was told their supervisor said they can close and leave early? No food for you. Go online for a refund. I wasn't the only one either. Multiple customers trying to buy food now disappointed. Here's the kicker, this is the second time this has happened here and Ive never even eaten Smash Burger before. Don't know why I even tried again. Total waste of my time.
