- SZSabrina Z4 days ago5.0Came here with my family and their burgers were so good and fresh! Fries were pretty good as well. The place itself is very clean as well as the bathrooms.
- HHhoover825Jul 2, 20261.0I placed an order through DoorDash for delivery to my place of business. The order was for 4 people and totaled over $70.00. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch salad and when I received it I was shocked. First I have never received a salad in a cardboard box container. Secondly when I opened it it was very unappetizing. The lettuce was all brown and wilted and no salad dressing for it. I opened the other salad and that one looked even more disgusting. The avocado had black spots on it, discolored and is ready for the garbage and definitely not something to put on a salad and send to a customer. Each salad approx $15 so $30 went right into the trash. I will never go to this place again and will definitely tell all my friends and family to stay clear of it. I never do this and complain about food but this is horrible. Look at the pictures SmashBurger and tell me that’s acceptable??

The store was empty of customers, which I thought was odd being the beginning of dinner time. We looked at the menu while three employees talked amongst their self. As we waited my wife commented that the floor was slippery and greasy. We continued to wait for several minutes and no one approached us to take an order, so we left. I now see why there were no customers.

Not to mention the hot fries were amazing. They even gage us complimentary drinks due to leaving the ones we paid for in the car because of the harsh weather conditions. I definitely recommend eating here especially if you’re looking for a tasty alternative burger. Vegan friendly is such a plus
