  Ordered combo sandwich and I ve got bread sausage and almost no beef meat. Notified manager and was told I need to pay extra if want more beef. Very disappointed, not coming back anytime soon.

  This location in orland park is alway nice Everytime I visit they give you hot fresh fries and sandwiches. Keep up the good work orland park.

  Ordered on line. It was ready within a minute of the time promised, so very fresh. Nice people working there. GREAT BEEF sandwiches.

  A robot would have more manners and personality. Wonder if a peer he'd treat the same. Black kid working drive thru right now rude, disrespectful and ignorant. Pull up in DT comes to window asks how I was doing, I reply,l I'm good man thx what about you... No answer. State can I have a fish sandwich everything, medium cheese fry...his reply, we don't have medium we have regular and large. I chuckle and say well that would be a medium then right in a joking matter and no response from him except trying to hold back the smirk as he knew how he was communicating rudely with no eye contact. He repeats it back, fish sandwich with everything? And then repeated regular fry with cheese, anything else. A hotdog everything please and that's it. Repeats the whole order again and at Hotdog..with everything? He asks with the smirk again. To top it off finishing the review and opening bag to eat...no napkins. Do better.

  Part 2 : Went to Orland pick up location again TODAY and of course my order is wrong . Not sure if its thatthey cant read or the people packing bags are doing it wrong but seriously what the heck. Irder beef combo with mozz and sweet peppers got no mozz and Gardiner on it . Order a chopped salad no pasta, got pasta extra chicken, got extra chicken, didn't get my extra gorgonzola or the extra dressing i ordered. So since this place has opened my family has ordered there at least 30 times and I'm not kidding when I say it's only been right 5 or 6 times. I don't know how this can keep happening. If it's being packed wrong that makes it even worse because then some other family getting the wrong order. I've been to portillos all over including other states and Orland park is buy far the worst. Portillos used to be the gold standard for great fast food and if im honest it still is in most locations. This place needs to be restrained. The order takers always get it right so what is wrong here . --1st report -- 80 % of the time the mess up the order .we driven back to get order corrected, no joke 6 times this year and its on july.This time it was the biggest item on the order not put in the bag. If it wasn't for the Manager Pablo who remade entire order because by now 45 minutes later it was a cold, I'd be done withe this location. Its beyond ridiculous at this point.
