  Instructed to pull forward waiting on mcchicken. Waited 8 minutes for 1 mcchicken, will not be returning.

  I know this location is family-run, which makes it even worse..it doesn't make me empathetic just because a family runs it. Since day 1, they have been employing rude and ditsy 17 year olds. The amount of messed up orders, empty promises of compensation or free entrees for incorrect orders that I have received throughout the years is abysmal. During my latest visit, the girl at the drive-thru asked for my name, I told her & she muttered "whatever your name is, I can't pronounce it". So rude and unnecessary..I ignored her, because she looks 17, inexperienced and immature, so why even reply to someone who wasn't raised right? Lo and behold, on top of that, they messed up my order. You know the old saying, "fool me once, shame on you..". Now it is my fault for giving them my hard-earned money, because they don't deserve it. 90% of visits here render a problem, trust me on this.

  I have online order from the mc app the service is fast but the issue is the bread not fresh also missing a sandwich from my order
