I wanted to share my experience because I was really disappointed with my visit.
I’m currently pregnant, so I cannot eat cold deli meat. I asked if my sandwich could be toasted, and I was told it couldn’t be because of the mayonnaise. The problem is, I didn’t even want mayonnaise on my sandwich, so I didn’t understand why that prevented it from being toasted.
I decided to order it anyway and requested that my sandwich be cut in half with easy Kickin’ Ranch. When I got all the way home, I found that the sandwich wasn’t cut in half, and it had an excessive amount of Kickin’ Ranch—far more than I requested. The ranch completely overwhelmed the sandwich, and I couldn’t taste anything else. Unfortunately, it was so drenched that I wasn’t able to eat it.
I was looking forward to my meal, especially while pregnant, and it was frustrating to drive home only to find that my order wasn’t made as requested. I hope this feedback can help improve accuracy and communication in the future, and I would appreciate it if someone could help make this right.

I have been eating JJ for the longest time and this one in Orland Park was my first time there since I was on the way to my therapist. I normally go to the one in Tinley Park or Palos Heights and they were always so so good. This Orland Park one was really a big disappointment. I don't eat meat so I always get the Veggie Sub and ask for extra tomatoes, pickles, onions and cucumber. The other locations usually load it up. This place was LESS than what it usually comes and there wasn't any avocado that I can taste. I know it is inside the cheese but I can't taste any at all. No one greeted me and the only reason why I gave it 2 stars was because it was at least clean. I don't think I will visit this JJ again. Just when I thought I would have a delicious veggie sandwich from JJ since they are always consistent. I guess you really can go wrong with a bad JJ location. Do not recommend.
I order from them often because I work in the area. The last 3 times, I have waited over an hour. After calling and being told it was “out for delivery”, they end up reassigning my order to Uber.
I let it go once and even twice, but after 3 times waiting over an hour… I will not be giving them my business again. Awful.

Do not ever come here in person or order through the phone or online. I waited 50 minutes for my order and it was STILL at the shop and haven’t left. I called at 12:30 today and called back at 1:10 to see the status of my order. They then told me that they were swamped and that they were still waiting for their delivery driver. Mind you I ordered it toasted #12, chips, and crispy treat. I told them to cancel my order since it would be no longer warm and by the time it would arrive be soggy. They didn’t even apologize or try to fix it the girl on the phone just hung up on me. Then last month try to order online and they didn’t even tell me they transferred my order to Uber Eats and the guy didn’t even speak English and knocked the door and left my food at the door and didn’t even wait for me. It’s better going to the story in tinley park.
