- PSPatricia SiemionMay 2, 20262.0The employees at this store are really hard working and efficient. My biggest complaint is all the "entitled " people that park in the spaces reserved for online pick-up while they shop and then leave their carts in those spaces. I witnessed at least three while I was waiting for my order. Jewel needs to start ticketing these people because some of us don't shop online because of laziness but due to health conditions, operations, etc. Jewel needs to monitor this better.

When leaving I looked at the employee John M directly in his face and said “Have a good night.” Employee John M did not say a word to me instead he turned to his friend and said “anyways back to what I was saying” ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I walked out but then turned around to go to the service desk. Stephanie was very nice and called for the store manager for me. The store manager Palao (unknown of spelling) did not seem to care and said he would talk to John because he “probably didn’t know.” I did not want to ruin my night further so I left. How does an employee not know to speak?! As I was leaving a Caucasian man leaving self checkout spoke and of course John spoke back saying have a good one. I see that it appears this location doesn’t like to speak to certain races of people. This is the second time this occurred and addressing it in store clearly does nothing. Orland Park is a very diverse community. It is a shame the way I was treated but I see this is the norm for how others are treated.
