  Calvin at the deli counter service was exceptional! He was very sweet and accommodating and the service was top notch! The other Caucasian male who helped at the deli as well had great customer service! The manager Jasmina had also helped me with an error I made in the store and she helped fix the problem in a jiffy. The cashier who was on register 3 however was very rude and needs to work on her attitude

  Laura R. was very kind and helpful. She was very patient in the self checkout lane. She helped me navigate the app as well as help others that were having trouble using it as well. She stayed with me throughout my checkout to make sure I didn’t encounter any more issues. Excellent customer service!

  Greatest grocery experience I’ve had in a while! Super nice workers! I came in the other day for some groceries, and ended up having a wholesome conversation with two beautiful young ladies. They were so respectful, helpful, and provided insight on which beverage I should buy for my kids. They also interacted with my son making him laugh and it was nice seeing that the youth still have manners, great communication skills, and are in touch with community. I don’t recall their names specifically, I just remember one of them wore a headscarf and the other had black hair. I also ordered chicken from the deli for my kids, they absolutely loved it! While checking out the cashier was also super friendly! This jewel blows the others out of the water!

  The chicken is one of the worst chicken we’ve ever had. It was cold and tastes like grease with black burnt bits on it. It’s hard to find staff to ask for help in the produce department; even the customer service desk couldn’t find anyone working the produce department. The restrooms are filthy, smells, looks and feels like a very unsanitary gas stations restroom with poop around the toilet seats, poop sprayed backsplashes, overfilled garbage cans, toilet paper and paper towels on the floor and even used paper towels on a little shelf with a spray bottle that looked like someone tried to go in and clean in but gave up at the sight and smell and left it there. It’s really gross and I would avoid this location as much as possible.
