  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We always get top-notch service from Valeria! She is incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and patient with my kids. She always has a positive attitude and makes us feel welcomed every time we visit. Her outstanding customer service truly makes a difference, and Giordano’s is lucky to have her on their team! ❤️

  We had such a great experience at Giordano’s in Orland Park, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Melissa. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. She checked in at all the right times without ever making us feel rushed, and her customer service really stood out. We started with the Giordano’s Sampler, and it was absolutely amazing. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and it was the perfect way to start the meal. The pizza was just as good — cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and exactly what you hope for when you go to Giordano’s. What really made the experience special, though, was the service. Melissa went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed our visit. Great food is always important, but having a server who is personable, professional, and attentive can completely change the experience, and Melissa definitely did that for us. Overall, everything from the food to the service was excellent. We left extremely happy and will definitely be coming back. If you visit the Orland Park location, hopefully you’re lucky enough to have Melissa as your server. She truly deserves the recognition for providing such a great experience!

  This is our second time dining in and sitting at the same table, different waiter and a very knowledgeable understanding and helpful person Eddie is, he took his time with us and checked up on us to see if things were good. Eddie has great customer service he even gave us a suggestion for our next date. Thank you Eddie for a lovely evening. We will be back.

  Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered between 6 and 6:10. Husband called at 7 to find out about order. He was on hold for 15 minutes and then I called from my phone. Was told my order was still sitting there and she was waiting to talk to her manager that was in a meeting and thats why she left my husband on hold. She said my order was still sitting there ! Told her I didnt want an order thats been sitting for well over an hour at this point. Asked to speak to the manager and she said he's in a meeting. Right ... in a meeting on a Saturday night at 7pm. Will not order from here again. Told her to cancel my order and refund my card.

  Our server Melissa was the best. We came in with a party of 12. The host told us it was going to be a 45 minute wait. The manager was very sweet and saw we had young VERY hungry kids with us and told us she would get us a table soon as possible. She got us a table in 20 minutes. The food was good and came out fast. Our first time coming here and we will keep coming back!
