  I came in today and i ordered a large matcha latte with vanilla and light ice, they first charged me for the less ice and i didn’t mind at all because they always do. But my drink came out looking like that which is so milky and i have asked why theres not enough matcha and a guy named Nick said very ruddy u asked for less ice and i said this is not my first time ordering it the same way and it never looked like that it always have more matcha. and he kept arguing with me as another women worker witnessed it and asked him twice to either add extra matcha or re make it and he kept saying we will charge u extra $1 for each scoop?? Like hello? U made it wrong in the first place!! He was very rude and kept leaving the window and the worker had to keep calling him to come back as our second order is getting ready. I ended up apologizing and telling the poor woman to not worry abt it and to just get us our order because its not her fault and im not the type to argue i just wanted to know whats going on but seems like he’s having a bad day

  I just paid for an order then I changed my mind to change the order but they said I cannot change when I paid for it already. It wasn’t even a minute and they have not started making my order. Terrible wag to run a business. STAY AWAY. WILL NEVER COME BACK.

  horrible horrible customer service. I nicely went back in and asked to have my coffee remade (it was made incorrect and I was allergic to the way it was made so if I’m spending $6 on a coffee I’d like to drink it) and the manager gave me nothing but absolute attitude the whole time, and told me it’s my fault the coffee was wrong and “I’m the reason they’re now wasting product.” I’m in the service industry and this isn’t how you treat people for something so small. don’t waste your money
