I asked “there is no cold foam, can I get my cold foam” This is his response,” cold foam? Is extra” I said “no it comes with the drink” “No no is extra” I just asked for refund after that. Bunch of clowns working at this location, too busy dancing and signing to actually work. That’s why you all got 3.5 rating and going down.

In the past the drive through staff was always pleasant and welcoming. Now they are surly. I will be avoiding this location in the future based on my last few visits. I added a picture of how the breakfast wrap came in the bag. The way the clerks had handled it spoke volumes of how much they truly do not care. The icing on the cake was the fact they could not bother to put one napkin in the bag.
