  We stopped by just to eat something, and we had a great time, but place its really load obviously. I tried the BLAZING HABANERO wings, and they were great. Perfect balance of spicy/flavor.....you can really taste them. My wife ordered the 10oz SIRLOIN, and wasn't really good. Meat wasn't tender, the frazzled onions were good, and mash potatoes were ok. Place is for kids or adult kids, definitely not for us, but we will be back on a weekday just to get more wings.

  Be careful of them offering specials on the menu and saying that you get a free game card…. It seemed like nothing was free and the prices on the receipt just didn’t add up to make much sense… but overall we had a good time.

  Very disappointed. Poor service, poor food, and the manager had a bad attitude. Ive had my birthday party dinner w friends at Dave & Busters for the last 9 years. The last 2 yrs, however, were very disappointing. On the most recent visit there were several problems. First, it took almost 30 mins for the food to start coming out. Then, when it did, we got our 3 appetizers at the same time. On top of that our waitress mixed up the order for one of my attendees(there were 12 of us), and my gf 10oz sirloin was overcooked. She didnt complain because she didnt want to make a big deal about it on my birthday, and our server seemed overwhelmed and preoccupied w too many tables. My brother had an even worse experience because he had the Daves Cheeseburger and ended up sick w food poisoning the next day.(hes sure it was the burger) But the worst part was that my fiance called ahead and was unable to book it as an event to get the discount thats normally offered for Eat Play Combos. Instead we had to settle for a first responders discount, which was supposed to be 20%. So when i arrived and we got seated i spoke w our waitress about that first responders discount, told her id be paying for the entire group, and tried to give her our badges. She declined taking them, saying if she needed them she'd get them at the end of the night. Well, that never happened because unbeknownst to me halfway thru the meal my mother gave the girl her card to pay the almoat $800 tab for our entire group as a present. Well, our waitress forgot to apply the discount. When she came back and handed us the receipt and the credit card i was confused. So I mentioned not seeing the discount on the receipt, to which she responded that she had forgotten. I asked about voiding the sale and putting it back thru with the discount applied, and she said she couldnt do that. So i asked to speak with the manager, and i explained the situation to her hoping she could fix things or figure out a resolution. She also said she couldnt do anything about it, and her tone and disposition over the matter were very dismissive which really bothered me. Finally, she said the best she could do was offer me either a free appetizer or a game card, although she seemed reluctant to even do one of those. At this point i felt insulted that i was being offered a $20 game card to make up for not getting my $120 discount. And she made sure she charged herself a $93 tip without me knowing too. Instead, the manager seemed more preoccupied with trying to somehow pin the mistake on us rather than fix the situation, so i declined the offer and asked to speak with a different supervisor. She said they didnt have any other one there, so she took my information and said she'd have their GM get ahold of me on Monday. Well that never happened either. Instead i had to call the location several times and leave several messages, until about 2 weeks later i finally finally spoke with someone. Of course, as youde guess it, he said he wasnt able to do anything more to fix things either. Needless to say, this dilemma ruined the entire vibe of the night and left a bad taste in my mouth. Ive worked at a restaurant before and have a background in customer service, and the entire scenerio was one disappointment after another. 👎👎

  We came to celebrate my daughter’s 13th bday. I traveled just to come here. Erica our server was amazing, attentive, and informative. Service was chefs kiss, I would definitely return to this location just for the experience.

  I can not say enough good things about the wonderful staff here! We planned a birthday party for our sons 3rd birthday here. I made a huge mistake on my invitations and put the incorrect date of Saturday, April, 11th 2026. The date I actually booked for was the following day on Sunday. Upon arrival we told the host Mariah our dilemma. She immediately called over Aaron and Kelly on the management team to start making a plan to help us fast. They figured out how to accommodate our food tray orders and space needs even though the party rooms were booked for the evening. They found us a table section and a Dart bay for our party time frame. Then they brought Beth our special event server over to get everything seamlessly together before our guests started arriving. The service was impeccable, fast and everything seemed planned and well put together to all of our guests who had NO idea what that team had just gone through to make our sons birthday party possible. Thank you again to this AMAZING staff!!! We will be back because you all make the place more than just somewhere to take our children to play!
