  Come for the Games and Drinks, Possibly skip the food. ​Our family enjoys Dave & Buster’s, and we bring our teen and tween kids here every once in a while. We'd probably visit even more often if there were a location closer to us in the Northwest Indiana area! The Summer Game Passes are a fantastic deal, and the staff and our waitress were great during this visit. The restaurant and restrooms were also clean, and the games were all in good repair. ​Unfortunately, the food this time was a major disappointment. We ordered fountain drinks and the "Caveman Platter" shareable appetizer for $25.00. It came with three bite-sized burgers, four ribs, and fries. The burgers were burnt on the edges, and the ribs were dry and overcooked—honestly, it tasted like it had been partially microwaved. Furthermore, the burgers weren't actually separate sliders; it was just one long piece of bread that we had to cut into three pieces ourselves, looking nothing like the picture on the menu. ​Even with the 15% discount we received as Summer Pass holders, our total came out to $41 (with tip) for just three sodas and a subpar appetizer, which didn't feel worth it at all. ​Dave & Buster's has a good variety of options on the menu, and I don't recall being this disappointed by their food in the past, but it has been a while since we last ate here. They really need to up their game in the kitchen. ​There is plenty of parking, so my advice is to absolutely come for the games and a drink—you won't be disappointed by the entertainment side of things—but maybe eat dinner somewhere else first.

  My Granddaughter, Niece and I enjoyed our trip to Dave and Buster's. We had to pay at the kiosk for the cards and meals. We played the games first before eating. Make sure to keep your receipt if you are going to eat. We were able to sit down right away but had to wait awhile for the waitress. I didn't quiet understand why it took so long to be waited on because there was not that many guest sitting. The food was 🔥. Nice size plates for the price. The server was not good at all, it could have been her off day. We will be returning to the Orland location.

  Hello Dave and busters in Orland park my name is Joesiya Neal you can call me jojo I know I’m late for this but I was busy at my job and I’m sorry now I can finally say this the food and drink were delicious and funny moment I didn’t know I was supposed to pour the syrup in the tube into the drink but instead I drink the tube and says it was strong lol but Brenden the other hand he was in excellent server his positive energy was wonderful someday in the future I’ll go there again

  Arri and Sandy were so much help! This was the easiest kids birthday we've had so far and the price was super reasonable for the amount of food, good games, prizes, and fun the kids had. The staff was incredible, kind, and anticipated all of our needs. Arri was so nice and was able to keep our party on track, even with the chaos of the kids. This was a GREAT experience!

  Our experience at Dave & Buster's Orland Park was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Everything was perfect—the atmosphere was fun, the food and drinks were great, and the entire staff made us feel welcome and valued. A special shoutout to Brittany, our bartender, who was phenomenal. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. We also want to recognize Aaron, the manager, who was awesome, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He took the time to ensure everything was running smoothly and that our group was well taken care of. It's clear he takes pride in providing outstanding service and creating a great environment for guests. This was one of the best experiences we've had at any entertainment venue. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Dave & Buster's Orland Park to anyone looking for a fun night out with exceptional service!
