I went here with my husband, daughter and best friend for my daughter 13th birthday. Whoever my host was , she was very unfriendly, especially when she noticed I gave her a $1 tip. Does she not know tips depend on the kind of service provided? After she saw her tip her attitude changed. I had to ask for my receipt twice, I asked for my receipt she took to verify I paid $125 for the eat and play, she told me she threw it away. Ridiculous! Please speak with Cassia ( I think that’s how you spell her name) regarding customer service. My daughter had over 500 points left on her play card, because she got bored. Maybe just maybe we will go back in the future to use them. The double pepperoni flat bread and fries were really good. The host at the door when you walk in was very pleasant, Cassia not so much. She didn’t smile at all. Please inform her patrons deserve great customer service whether they tip her or not, and remind her, the tip depends on her customer service.

I walked into this DBs at 145. It's now 2:35...and we STILL do not have out food. I ordered the blue lemonade and when the waitress bought it over without exaggeration and not being facetious there was a fly in it.... this excursion was supposed to be an hour for lunch and an hour of play... this has become completely unsatisfactory. There were six other tables in our area with people it wasn't super busy here...this was atrocious... special shout out to Daylen who walked by our table like three times and seeing that we were sitting here and nobody had come to wait on us and just pretended like he didn't see us...class

My wife and I dined in from 8:00-9:00 PM on 10/9 and the service in the dining area was great. Our server, Sheena provided us great recommendations for beverages and entrees. I want to give a huge shout out to Chef KeKE who prepared the most seasoned, flavorful chicken Alfredo for me and a veggie version for my wife! We came in expecting a meal but didn’t expect for the flavors to pop like they did! We will certainly be back and will definitely get the chicken / veggie Alfredo again as long, as KeKe is back there! Thank you Sheena for your recommendations and for your honesty!

Arron was especially kind and helpful. All the staff were so nice to my daughter, who was here for a birthday party and took ill. They all showed genuine concern and made sure she had water and continually checked in on her until I was able to arrive to pick her up. Excellent customer service!! We have many Dave & Buster's options, but Orland Park is by far the best location. We are frequent customers and will continue to be!
