  I had the pleasure of eating at Bonefish 2 weeks ago. Great service the food was very delicious and taste fresh. The servicer Megan added to our great experience with her smile and passion and knowledge of the menu to make our decision very easy. I will definitely be back sooner rather than later. The prices were decent considering everything is so expensive.

  This is the best place we could have ever chosen for our anniversary dinner. That steak was the best we’ve ever had and the calamari was great too! Thanks so much to our server whose name started with an A we just can’t remember. So glad we visited Chicago and found this place! We cannot wait to return!

  Service excellent food excellent customer service excellent the staff and managers are excellent too. overall excellent place to dine by yourself or to take someone on a date. If you have any problem with a item they will fix it right away and do whatever they can to compensate you to make sure you have a enjoyable experience Bonefish one of the best places you can go for food no matter if you want to dine in or go for takeout its a very friendly environment.

  Awkward experience it technically wasn’t the restaurant fault but I had to bring this up if Gus come in and scream on the phone on speaker in a different language and think that’s OK and do that continuously for 20 minutes I just think that’s just so wrong. I wanted to come out for a nice steak lobster and I did get that, but it wasn’t what I expected and I really wanted a better experience. I came out to celebrate a good occasion on my own of course and I had these two ladies just act a fool. I do feel bad I forgot to tip the server. Please let it be know the next time I’m there. I will ask for that server and I will tip her generously. I am very sorry that patrons come in there like that sometimes

  It really bothers me to give the Orland park location this mid rating . Bonefish is one of my wife and I favorite spots especially for their 4 course brunch we've been multiple times for this event and have always enjoyed them immensely. I feel things went slightly south when I asked the young hostess not to be seated by the restrooms when there were multiple tables and booths, She did the switch but her attitude wasn't quite rude but was definitely curt. She then sat us in the corner by the area where the servers put in the orders. These brunches are exceptional the Chefs mastery at putting a drink that seems to contrast the spices of the particular dish but the combinations are mind blowing and will definitely take your palate to a new high. Our server although very pleasant obviously didn't understand that the idea is to enjoy each course and savor each particular dish. It was if we were being reprimanded for having the audacity to not want to eat your meal while sitting by the restrooms. When I say she sped rushed the process I'm being kind. Before we finished a course she already had the drink on the table for the next course. I attempted to slow her down when she bought the desert drink to the table as we were finishing the main entree by saying the idea is to let the different spices and drinks play with your palate I have all these spices and liqueur s spinning can we have a few minutes before you serve desert now mind you the desert drink is already on the table watering down. I kid you not it wasn't even 5 minutes later she bought the desert it was a French toast dish that was cold we got her attention and I explained the dish didn't taste good cold, she apologized and brought a hot dish but didn't change out the watered down drink. Now let me say my wife and I have been to 3 brunch elevated events our previous servers always explained each dish the particular entre the drink but most importantly always asked " are you ready for your next course ?? " Our server never did any of this. Because I know this establishment WELL we're already planning our next visit. I just hope that management trains this young person the nuances when serving these particular events . She definitely has the Bonefish personality she just needs to be trained how to properly work these events. I would suggest to anyone who haven't attended one of these events to do so it's a fabulous dining experience
