Wow!!!! Ive never been to Bonefish Grill before. Im not a seafood person so I was excited that they had other options. The chicken was fantastic!! Our server was amazing and the manager, Penny was so friendly and attentive. She made it a point to check on us and to see if we needed anything. I was so pleased with the food and the service. We will definitely return.

My friends & I ate at the Orland's location. New furniture was beautiful, our waiter Derrick was patient & professional. Penny, manager was outstanding & happy. We had a small glitch and she fixed the issue immediately. The food was delicious. Great customer service 👏

This is maybe the third time I've been to Bonefish Grill.
I'm not very impressed. Expecting an upscale restaurant with fine seafood and this last time was a disaster. I couldn't understand what the waitress was saying because her accent was so strong and the restaurant was so noisy.
We were seated at a small table.We ordered the dinner for two. All of our food came out at nearly the same time it was cramped and uncomfortable. The food was not very good we. The brussel sprouts were burnt and the salmon was dry. We couldn't wait to get out of there!
I don't think we'll ever go back!

My family and I visited this location ( Orland Park ) earlier this afternoon for Father's Day. Our reservation was for 12:30 pm. Since it was raining, I dropped off my family at the front door while I parked the car. When I went inside, I noticed that my family was seated in the middle section of the restaurant. The tables in this area were close together and the servers were constantly walking passed us. Just to the left of where we were sitting, I noticed that there were three booths that were unoccupied. There was a party of 3 individuals sitting behind us that apparently requested to be moved to an empty booth because they were moved without a problem. When our server came to our table, I asked if we could be moved to an empty booth as well. Our server told me that she needed to ask someone first. Our server asked the host who was wearing the black dress ( Kendal? ) if we could be moved. Kendal said that she needed to check reservations to see if we could be moved. A short time later, our server came back to our table and said that we couldn't be moved. I asked our server to clarify why we couldn't be moved since we just saw the 3 individuals behind us get moved to a booth. Our server said that I have to request a booth when making a reservation on " open table". I explained to our server that I made the reservation and there's no option to select a booth during the reservation process. Our server then told me that she would send a Manager over to talk to me. The Manager Kevin came out and I questioned why we weren't allowed to moved to an empty booth when the party of 3 that were sitting behind us were moved to one. Kevin was very accommodating and told me that he could move us to an empty booth without a problem. So here's my question, why did Kendal and our server say that we couldn't be moved to an empty booth? The only thing that comes to my mind is the color of our skin. The party of 3 that were moved to the booth were white and we are black.
While sitting in the booth, we were assigned a new server and her name was Jasmine. She was outstanding! We ordered appetizers as well as lunch and the food was great. The only thing that ruined the afternoon was Kendal's decision not to accommodate me and my family. Her behavior was totally unacceptable. It's clear and obvious that Kendal mis-treated us based on our skin color. I've visited this location for many years, but I'm not sure if I will return based on this incident.

I highly recommend Bonefish Grill! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is always outstanding. Every time we dine in, we receive exceptional customer service from the staff, who are friendly, attentive, and professional.
On the rare occasion that there has been an issue with an order, the management team has always been quick to respond, resolve the problem, and ensure we leave satisfied. Their commitment to customer service truly sets them apart.
