The young woman who was working the evening shift yesterday at the drive-through window was rude; she needs to learn how to deal with customers.

15765 South Harlem avenue. Just went in there. Had a great experience. This place is extremely clean. The food was great and the service was just as good. Would recommend it to anybody. Even the bathrooms are clean

Just ran through the drive-thru for a quick bite. The food was warm and quick. Definitely a well kept location.

Staff was great. Polite and friendly. The curly fries I think were cooked more than once. They were crunchier than most potato chips. The rest of the sides (jalepeno poppers, mozzarella cheese sticks) were great, but the chicken tenders had some quality issues, with some connective tissue that really ruined my daughter's appetite. Not the store's fault, but it seems the quality from Arby's is falling, which is going to affect their locations.
