  We were doing Uber and we went to Arby's i went to the door and it's closed 😡😡😡 next time works you better be open at night 24/7

  I have no issue with a business enforcing its coupon policy. My issue is how customers were treated. During our visit, an older woman (approximately in her 60s) was trying to understand why a second coupon could not be used. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, employees became loud, dismissive, and confrontational. The woman became visibly upset, was shaking, and appeared close to tears. When she requested a refund, she was told only the General Manager could process it, but staff could not tell her when the GM would be available. When I suggested she ask for the store and corporate contact information, a cashier yelled at me, "Why don't you mind your business while you eat your damn sandwich?" The shift manager did nothing to de-escalate the situation. I've never experienced customer service like this. We frequently stop here before concerts, but after witnessing how this customer was treated, we will not be returning. Management should review the security footage from this incident and should be ashamed.

  My family loves Arby’s but Wow today was bad. There was a grumpy old lady that wouldn’t give me enough arby sauce. I even offered to pay extra…she refused. The meat was undercooked on all the sandwiches too (see pic). We had to ditch the 50 dollars worth of food and have homemade vegetable soup. Not good smh.

  This is the second time I've asked for extra arby's sauce and they're so stingy with it. I just ordered 2 1/2 pounders and an extra large curly fry. She said she put extra in the bag same thing last time and their extra means they put 3 packets in the bag in the app, it says up to 10 packets, but it doesn't let you put 10 packets. It just lets you put one packet per item, so can you just when someone asks for extra arbys sauce or extra any sauce? Can you just put it in the bag and not lie to me? Do better arby's for what you charge for food
