  The service was absolutely horrendous. They were out of ground beef so we couldn't even order food, tried to get drinks and received attitude and and just overall extreme disrespect. The audacity of the staff is outrageous

  The service and culinary experience were exceptionally unsatisfactory. Our orders were repeatedly overlooked, and we received incorrect items on multiple occasions.

  Just spent $23 to have them tell me to go park In the front cause they need to fry the Mexican pizza shells which only takes 45seconds. This is ridiculous it’s called be faster I’m sick of these fast food places that take your money and have you pull around now I can’t check my bag and make sure everything is in there correctly without having to go into the restaurant!!

  Extremely poor customer service. They take an excessive amount of time to prepare orders—as if they were grilling a whole fish! Furthermore, the service is truly abysmal; the man working at the drive-through window is incredibly condescending, acting as though he were the actual owner of the brand. It was a terrible experience, and I hope to see improvements in the future.

  Today was the most disappointing order I've ever gotten from here. The Mexican pizza was divided into two box bottoms causing it to fall completely apart with sauce packets between each level. WAY TOO MUCH refried bean used in pizza and taco salad.( Mushy) VERY UNAPPETIZING ORDER. This taco Bell is usually GREAT!!!!!!
