  I wouldn’t ever waste my time at this location ever again. Having to wait 20 mins through drive thru just to be denied to even be able to order or even pick up an order my brother made prior to that. From the very start the lady answering was rude w/ a complete attitude, completely ignored me when I responded to her then just suddenly left mid order but yet, I still continued to wait a while because I understand when places get busy but she just completely left all together so after a while of waiting, I just drove off. As someone who works with costumers at a food establishment, I would never treat a costumer in this manner.

  If I could rate them 0 stars I would ! Their customer service is terrible , especially the manager . I would never go back and my order was wrong . He could care less

  Been coming here for two weeks using surveys and on Monday 4/27 at 11:59 a manager told me me and my spouse that we cant use a survey the way it is being told to use and stayed in the back after we complained instead of helping instead of showing proper customer service she did not was older with short hair just wish she could’ve accommodated us or something but she did not so unprofessional

  I ordered through the app asked for a McChicken no mayonnaise add cheese medium fry and two different sauces. My coworker picked up my order for me and I hid no sauce McChicken had no cheese and mayo was on it. I called the location and someone answered the phone I proceeded to tell her what was going on and she asked with an attitude “Which McDonald’s are you calling?” I work down the street it’s the only McDonald’s close but I told her Olympia fields she said ok and asked me again what happened like I didn’t just explain to her what happened. I retold what happened and she asked me very snarky “So are you coming back?” I told her no I would not be coming to this McDonald’s anymore and to have a good day.

  I live up the street come here often the manger naomi is rude my order was messed up in the drive thru i repeated it 5 times to the person taking my order still was wrong all they focus on is getting the line down to keep the service levels down for business to make it seem as if they moving fast or accurately its very annoying to want a customer to pull out of drive thru because the order is not ready yet thats the purpose of a drive thru ended up going inside naomi looked more then me didnt fix order made up pay separately asked her who took my order she dont no very rude your the manager how you dont no how your store is running thank you to alexandra he was very helpful
