  Alway a great atmosphere when I come through the doors. Everyone is happy plus full from the food, drinks, and vibes. If you're looking for a nice chill spot to parlay but want that patented Harold's Chicken Shack flavor, then Olympia Fields has the best of both worlds.

  Came in town and of course the first stop is Harold’s. We could have went to anyone but was recommended to come to this location. Asked for lemon pepper the lady took our food to the back and was gone for quite a while. Got to the house just for it to not be lemon pepper on our food. What was the point of having us wait all that time to not add the lemon pepper. Just weird and spiteful. No courtesy! Food nasty and cold once we made it to the house. I didn’t feel like I needed to check my food after waiting so long and that was with me passing her the food back to add the lemon pepper like why pretend something so simple ?

  My food is always good and fresh! When you’re at the bar please have the bartender lively make you a blueberry lemon drop or a strawberry lemon drop! She is the best and have the best customer service skills! I loveeee her down! 10/10 definitely recommend

  I was disappointed that the cocktail menu didn’t display prices. Customers should know what they’re paying before placing an order. Not having prices listed makes it feel like you’re being surprised at checkout, which isn’t a good customer experience; however, im sure they don’t care about that! The food may be good, but transparency matters. I hope they update their drink menu so customers can make informed choices before ordering. The service and drinks were good but was very surprised when the bill came as I didn’t ask for extra or a certain alcohol… I ask for what the drink menu said however was charged extra! This is such a bad customer experience! ONLY AT BLACK OWNED PLACES!!!!! This was such a disappointment! Now mind you I don’t mind paying for whatever but don’t surprise me with the unknown trying to get over!!!! Transparency in pricing builds trust BLACK OWNERS!!!
