Was told it would be 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes goes by and no pizza. So I call to see what to hold up was only to be told that my order wasn't even showing in their system. I get an alert through email each time my card is charged. This location, (Domino's 2538) not only charged me once and never delivered my pizza, but a total of 6 times @ $24.01. I spoke with the manager on duty and even sent him an email with an attached screenshot of the 6 charges and asked for a return email showing acknowledgement of email being received, which he did. I was told that there was nothing that could be done so I asked for my pizza to be sent out to me after he asked if there was anything else he could do and he said he couldn't do that without charging my card again. So I contacted Domino's home office in Ann Arbor, Michigan about this horrible experience. They are suppose to get in touch with me about all this nonsense. If I had to choose between ordering from the place of thieves again or eating grass, at least I would know that I would have plenty of green food waiting for me without having to worry about being overcharged 6 times for 1 order. Avoid this location like the plague.
