  Walked in to buy a sandwich and there were two employees behind the counter and two employees out on the floor talking to a girl who didn’t appear to work there. The employees behind the counter just stared at me, and then one told one of the guys on the floor to ring me up. After that, they started going back and forth about who was going to help me like nobody wanted to deal with it. It was honestly extremely rude and unprofessional. I come to this Jimmy John’s all the time, but after this experience I won’t be coming back. Do better.

  Today I was greeted by the kind staff in this store. They are so nice here they don’t even know how much better they made my day!!! If you go to any Jimmy John’s this is by far the best one! I appreciate all your hard work, you all deserve a raise!

  I'm visiting in from Georgia but I had to leave a review for this specific location because one of the drivers, Harley, made my experience one that was above and beyond. To start my food was there right away within 15 minutes of ordering. I was staying at the sleep inn nearby, normally a driver would struggle to find my room, but they were at my door within a minute of messaging that they were outside. I was greeted with a smile and impeccable professionalism. After thanking them for getting there so quick during my short lunch break, they remained humble and gave me a farewell before wishing me luck with my meetings. Overall this experience made me want to eat at Jimmy John's more often.
