    Edit to add : owners response is just fluff. I never get contacted by anyone and things do not change at this location. They defiantly to not take this very seriously. I think at this point they just need to close this location. I have been several times due to proximity to my job. They are extremely slow no matter how you order delivery , in store , in store pick up. Their veggies are all either rotten or not ripe. They constantly mess up your order. I have in fact never gotten one that was completely correct. The employees are rude and don’t do their jobs. They just walk around the shop socializing. Plus there is no way to report on the app my order is wrong to get a resolution. I hate this location and I wish the app would let me pick a different further Jimmy John’s to get delivery from because it’s that bad.

    Did you know jimmy John’s doesn’t wash there lettuce??? They take it as is and just slice it with out a rinse or wash

    Worst service and atmosphere of any JJ's I've ever been to. And I've been to many locations across and around the country. The guy behind the counter taking the orders was the absolute rudest and worst rep I've ever seen behind the counter. From the moment I placed my order this guy was not conducive to a customer's needs. I asked if they typically cut the sandwiches, his response "I don't know what you're talking about, but I can cut it if you want me to." I had to say nevermind because it was clear he was not going to be helpful in any way shape or form. Next incident, I asked if they had the "meal deal" special, before I was even done talking his response "I don't have that here" to which I reposted "huh, ok". Finally get my sandwiches and ask for mayo and mustard packets for which his response was to be flustered and roll his eyes. I took my bag of sandwiches and left straight to car to write this review. DO NOT COME HERE TO THIS LOCATION. Instead maybe walk next door to Chipotle if you're hungry like I was. To be clear im not recommending chipotles, just saying if you're in the area and need to eat, chipotles is probably better than this JJ's location.

    Jimmy John's is usually always good. I like the crunch of the lettuce when I bite into an unwich. This was the worst Jimmy John's I've ever had. They only put like two drops of mustard on it, and the lettuce was flaccid, turning brown, and had no crunch. If the whole outside of the sandwich is going to be surrounded in lettuce, wouldn't you think they'd make sure to use their freshest lettuce? Somebody in charge here just doesn't care at all.
