  Nothing worse than getting a cold pizza - one that’s been sitting in an insulated bag for over 20 minutes. But according to the manager it’s better than it sitting under the heating lamps. Deliveries are outsourced to third party delivery service. Which means they’ll make one or more delivery at a time. Which means pizza was cold. Won’t order again.

  Rubi was an amazing server! She made our experience eating here the 1st time great ( we are out of towners) will definitely recommend this place as well as this server! Thank you Giordano's and Rubi everything was amazing

  Finally got to experience one of Chicago's most iconic pizza spots, and now I understand why Giordano's is a staple. The deep-dish pizza was incredible. What surprised me most was how soft and tender the crust was. I expected something much heavier, but it held together beautifully despite the insane amount of cheese and all the layers of toppings, sauce, crust, and cheese packed into every slice. It's rich, filling, and exactly what you'd hope for from a classic Chicago deep-dish pizza. The calamari was the only miss of the meal. I was excited when I saw it came with both rings and tentacles, but it ended up being much chewier than I prefer. I know some people enjoy that texture, but I've definitely had much more tender calamari elsewhere. For dessert, we ordered the oversized cookie skillet, and it was absolutely worth it. Warm, gooey, and the perfect sweet ending after such a hearty meal. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. If you're visiting the Chicago area and want to experience a true deep-dish institution, Giordano's is absolutely worth the stop. Just skip the calamari and save room for the cookie skillet!

  On Father's Day, we drove past Giordano's and decided we would stop for a late lunch. Our server, Davonte, was most helpful when we asked about the lunch special. We enjoyed the House saladand individual sausage deep dish pizzas. It came quickly and was pure perfection! We finished every last bite! Davonte was quick with our check and we were back on the road with full stomachs and smiles on our faces. We will definitely be back for more hreat

  Mano, no hay mejor lugar que este. Te lo juro. Ya no hablo solo de la comida, que por supuesto estaba RIQUÍSIMA la deep dish pizza que me pedí, me refiero al servicio y el trato como tal. Admito que mis amigos y yo la cagamos al no ver el horario y llegar al restaurante a casi media hora de cerrar, pero cuando nos dimos cuenta, pedimos nos disculpamos y pedimos todo para llevar, pero la chica no nos dejó irnos, nos dijo que no pasaba nada y básicamente estaba feliz de atendernos. Nos trató con una amabilidad increíble y nos habló con una familiaridad sorprendente. Pocas veces había visto una mesera tan involucrada con sus mesas, pero ella con todas conversaba como si nos conociera desde siempre. Fue una grata experiencia.
