The sandwhich has a customizable menu I changed which bagel I wanted and the price increased, not a problem. But when my order was up they claimed since I changed the bagel they don’t come with hashbrowns anymore. And my coworker ordered a regular meal deal and only gave him a coffee and argued with home so we just left. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to.

Just because you are having a bad day CUSTOMERS DO NOT NEED TO BE YOUR PUNCHING BAGS .When you cannot hear a customer you apologize and ask to speak a little louder due to the weather raining and speaker giving you trouble. Because I did not let you yell at me I gave you back the same response. And you sent your other coworker to "deal" with me and also I heard everything bad you were talking to in Spanish because I understood you laughing at me. This to owner or manager in charge employee needs to be retrained with customer service. Thank you for ruining someones day

Two out of the three times i called got ignored but the third phone call was answered. However I was given attitude and came off aggressive and upset to even have to answer the. I was told they couldn't give me strawberry cream cheese, even though it was able to do it last time for me and she was very rude when i said i would just cancel the order. And due to the fact they took so long to anwser the phone i had to pay a $20 fee to cancel my bagels and cream cheese that was $15

I ordered a drink I order almost every day (at other locations) and the woman taking my order said I couldn't order a small. She said, "Where on the menu do you see we offer small drinks?" with a very rude and condescending tone. Completely unnecessary way to treat a customer. It doesn't bother me that they don't make small drinks but definitely won't go back to this location just based on the interaction with their staff.
