  Absolutely vile workers. Did an Uber Eats order and they told me to wait for it. Waited 30 minutes and when I asked for an update they told me it was on the shelf. I was standing right there… dumb girl didn’t give it to me or tell me… I was trying not to rush them so I kept waiting’s. UNREAL. That’s not all either. Ordered 4 bowls, one with double chicken and 3 with steak. The steak was literally blackened from how dry it was and I kid you not they gave me like 5 pieces of it. The “double chicken” wasn’t even double chicken, was less than their normal scoop. Unreal, I’m going to be reporting this to chipotle corporate, BBB, and I’m doing a chargeback because screw this location. Cannot believe just how crappy this place got, used to be the only good location and now it’s run by people who have room temperature IQ.

  Mediocre chipotle location. It's a hit or miss. Sometimes the worker doesnt know how to use the promo buy 1 get 1 free when you buy a gift card. When placing online order they often forget the vinegarette for the salads. Food tastes good.

  I went in here on 5/13 at 5pm and there were 5 people in line at the time. There was only one girl working the line (she had long pigtails) and I felt bad for her. She had 4 other coworkers on shift that I saw walking around (one was at the register and 3 were in the kitchen squeezing sauce into a container). Not one of her coworkers jumped in to help her. She was trying her best. Shame on her coworkers!

  After being a regular customer for a long time, I will never be ordering from this location or this company again. We ordered two burrito bowls, a large chips, guacamole and queso. The food arrived extremely cold. The bowls were nearly empty however what little food was in them, was completely saturated in a lime sauce, making them inedible. The guacamole was brown and the chips were burnt. I reached out to customer service, I understand mistakes happen. I was offered a BOGO burrito bowl, which is laughable. Part of doing business is acknowledging customer concerns when there are issues and taking owness for them. This location and company did not choose to do so. They clearly do not value their customers or their feedback. I will take my business elsewhere in the future and would advise others to do the same. If your goal is to buy food you need to throw away after a few bites this is the place for you, otherwise steer clear of Chipotle. There are several other options in the area that appreciate their customers.
