  Today’s BLT sandwich was burnt. To make matters worse, it tasted incredibly sour—like spoiled, old tomatoes. I truly hope the staff isn't actually toasting the sandwich with the lettuce and veggies already inside of it, because the texture and temperature were awful. On top of that, my BLT came with a grand total of two pieces of bacon. Because the portion was so skimpy, all I could taste was the hot, sour tomato. The sandwiches were tiny, and order was not worth $34. Thanks but no thanks JJ!

  The employees deserve to have a tip jar. The food was good. Service was fast. I ordered online and they were finished making it even though I was early to pick it up. When I walked in, they were cleaning and restocking the front. One of them had a bad attitude, but that's probably because their management never put out a tip jar so they can receive customers tips!!! Management needs to treat them better.

  Never ever going back! Get new employees. On their phones the entire time and disgusting attitudes.
