  I had a coupon on my app that couldn't read at register and the lady still gave me discount. Nice service but not the greatest selections it's a lot smaller than most jewels.

  I frequent this store a lot and I am usually impressed with how well organized the small space is. But I have two complaints to share after a visit today. First, I was attempting to load a coupon from a shelf sign into my app and then realized after I’m checking out that the coupon expired yesterday. Second, asI was pushing my cart to the north side of the parking lot, the wheels locked up. My real concern is how these things were handled at the “customer service” desk. When I said they needed to remove the misleading coupon signs, I was simply told they were working on it. Well, the coupons expired yesterday.the coupon signs. On the cart locking issue. They tried to tell me that side of the lot is not owned by Jewel. So as a security measure the wheels lock up. Well, it is one contiguous lot. If they don’t want their customers to use a third of the lot, they should block it off. It just makes no sense.

  I have shop at this location for a long time but now in the last 5 year's this location is at a all time low the Worker's here are very pathetic and rude and unhelpful to be working in customers services it very unacceptable.. I was shopping in this store today a tall black African American female who works in the bakery why I don't know she has a terrible Attitude and a smart mouth and then had the audacity to say she was a manager please this is really getting out of hand Now Me being me thing’s could have went another way but I kept my cool and did thing’s right I was trying to purchase Some cakes for a repast and some of the cake we're open so I just want her to put a different top or give me a new cake holder for ya'll mistakes this is your store her attitude was so bad. And she very aware so I know she does this often and get away with it but I will be calling cooperate first thing in the morning.. And then they had a lady come out by the name Natalie like she was a district manager and she did absolutely nothing but continue to talk to the other girls who was in customers services.. So the fact that she think this is ok will never sit well with me.. She has to go if they think this behavior is acceptable... please get back to me Immediately..

  as a Midwestern I love Jewel however I purchased chopped onion, white and red and both were spolied, need a little cleaning on the entrance , garbage on the floor as soon as you walked in.
