If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a carryout order and arrived at the store to pick it up. When I got there, I was told my order wasn’t ready yet. Delays happen, so I wasn’t concerned. However, while I was waiting, I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked the employee at the register if the notification was accurate. Rather than checking the pickup area, she immediately told me the kitchen was backed up. A few minutes later, I mentioned that I thought I had heard my name called and that my order might already be sitting in the pickup area. Again, no effort was made to verify. Only after I insisted did the employee finally check—and sure enough, my order had been sitting there ready the entire time. By that point, it had been waiting long enough that it was noticeably less fresh and cold than it should have been. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue I observed during my visit. While waiting, I noticed multiple employees preparing food without gloves. More concerning, I repeatedly saw food-preparation staff touching their faces, hair, and other parts of their bodies before returning to handle ingredients. I lost count of how many times this happened, but it was enough to make me uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the food preparation process. I also observed delivery drivers and staff eating pizza in the same area where food was being prepared. Whether or not this violates company policy, it certainly did not inspire confidence in the store’s food-handling practices. Between the poor customer service, the lack of attention to a simple pickup inquiry, and the hygiene concerns I witnessed firsthand, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a pizza restaurant. There are plenty of local and family-owned pizza places that take pride in both customer service and food quality. I would strongly recommend spending your money there instead.

They were on their phones 📱 while working on the pizzas 🍕. A guy who was by the oven , had his phone 📱 on his hands the whole time while waiting . When it came out he placed it down and packaged the pizza 🍕 but before he closed it he re adjusted with the same hand he was swiping with before closing the box . I didn’t react because I didn’t want to make a scene but yeah chat 💬

Domino's Pizza Oak Park reeled me back in with a 50% Off Pizza Any Size Offer. As far as Dominos’ goes, this location is better than most. I have ordered here before for delivery but haven't in years as the quality and taste was considered bottom of the barrel. This occasion we opted for the XL Meatzza with a tavern style crust and Parmesan bites. The teens devoured both and I did like the Robust tomato sauce along with the crunch of the dough. This time Domino's did a fine job on food. Would recommend to have personable counter staff to greet and ring up patrons.
