- TFTheisha FrazierJun 15, 20262.0I came here on a Sunday afternoon and was immediately shocked at the state of the restaurant. There were maybe 3 tables of people sitting and 3 people in line. I could see 4 workers behind the counter. 1 preparing orders, 1 preparing orders and working the register, 1 cooking, and 1 in the back working online orders. I'm not sure if there were other workers out of sight. The seating area was filthy. There were spills all over the floor including a huge spill that was impossible to walk around. It had been there a while because it had started to dry into a sticky mess. The tables and floors had food on them and the trashcan was overflowing. I almost walked out but my daughter really wanted Chipotle. My 2nd ick was the appearance of the queso. I wanted queso and chips but changed my mind because the cheese looked so thick and chunky. I've never seen it look that way. The gentleman prepping our food was very pleasant and he had good customer service. Regardless of how busy it gets a food establishment should never be in the conditions I saw. The seating area should be cleaned consistently and the food needs to be changed out once the quality is questionable.

The woman assumed we were getting kids meals and stopped him from making our orders to listen to what she had to say! He put queso on both bowls and end up throwing away a whole bowl because I said I was paying for two queso. I didn’t realize until I left that they charged me for two queso. I can’t get through when I called and now I have to find time just to go all the way back for a refund for queso! My kids love chipotle but this location won’t be good for me again! The customer service here is terrible!
