  Service is really bad here, they give you small portions and the workers aren’t nice especially the guy working there.

  Everytime I come here the tables are filthy and there’s trash all over the floor. I suggest going to another location.

  I would give this location negative stars if I could! This location is dirty, poorly managed, and has absymal customer service. I came here with two kiddos after a baseball game around 8 pm on Wednesday and had the worst experience ever at a Chipotle. Spent $52.00 and left unsatisfied and angry. Atmosphere: The tables and chairs are disgusting, with food and sauce spilled all over and no one willing to clean it up. Food: They were out of black beans and did not provide a time when they would be available. They told my kiddos it's pinto beans or no beans, so my kids said no beans. Service: The worst service ever from manager-on duty (or whatever power-tripping title they use) JO-LISSA. I asked for corn tortillas with one of the kids meals due to gluten sensitivity and JO-LISSA said ,"no you have to buy a 3-taco meal to get corn tortillas shells." That's factually incorrect because my kid always gets corn shells, no issue at other Chipotle locations. They were also out of kids cups for the fountain drink, "until tomorrow" so JO-LISSA said the only option was milk or apple juice. When I asked if we could be accommodated with a different cup for a fountain drink she said, "The only way you can get a fountain drink is if you pay for it. " I explained that a drink was included with the kids meal and it's not our fault that the kids cups are not available and she said that's too bad. There are two other Chipotles within 7 minutes drive of this one. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a different location, or avoid Chipotle completely.

  As soon as you walked in it's a big open place lots of seating but not well clean especially around dinner service you gotta have someone cleaning tables and condiment/fountain area, I get it they get busy but then regulate employees to take turns cleaning said area. Now the food is another disappointment, my rice in my burrito bowl was hard and barely warm the steak was dry and tasted like it was leftover and just reheated for the next day that was also barely warm, by the time I got my food and started eating it to stay in the restaurant and eat it i was eating a cold bowl . The staff was friendly and fast, and helpful i was having a bad day and they made it better, I see that they have great attitudes towards allpi walks of life and shows empathy when other restaurants turn there backs on some people this Chipotle doesn't. I wanna say thank you from me and your. Community!
