  Stopped by Taco Bell and had a bit of a mix-up with my order—some items were missing. I called the store and spoke with Christie, and she handled everything quickly and professionally. No hassle, no attitude—just got it fixed the way you’d hope. When I went back, they not only corrected the order but also threw in some cinnamon bites for the inconvenience, which was a nice touch. The place was pretty busy, so I’m assuming it was just one of those rough nights. Mistakes happen anywhere, but it’s how a place handles it that matters—and they made it right efficiently and respectfully. I’d come back.

  If you go during off-peak hours (just not dinner really) your food might not be the best, but when it’s active and hot they make some great food. Service is always great

  I did a mobile order because I was craving TB and was on my lunch break. Went through the drive through & the guy at the window didn’t speak at all to me until I asked about the sauces that were supposed to be in my bag then he said what kind and just handed me a bunch of random packets I had to get back to work so I just pulled off and left. When I opened my chalupa it was rock hard and not edible. My entire meal $16 worth was a waste. At least I still had my drink, which was the only thing I could consume completely disgusted by this restaurant will never come to this one again
