  Shantail was super sweet and patient with my sister and I. It was our first time at smashburger so we definitely needed some time to review the menu but she was very attentive and sweet during our visit. I recommend stopping by!!

  I'm actually sad to have to write this review since I've always enjoyed smashburger but maybe this review will save someone from the frustration I've been experiencing. In April, I placed an online order. I received confirmation that the order was placed and being made. I then received further communication that the order was actually ready - great, I was on my way there. Then the phone call came. My order was not ready - in fact, they didn't have my order at all because they ran out of what I ordered. They asked if I wanted something else. I did not and I asked them to cancel the order. I was told I would have to go into the store to cancel the order. Waste of time, but fine, I went. The young man at the counter was lovely. The manager on duty wouldn't even come out to talk to me so the young man had me write down my order details and my phone number and said that the general manager would be in touch on Monday - it was a Saturday and the weekend manager apparently couldn't do anything about the charge. Not sure why I had to drive over for this, but I wrote everything down and left. Monday came and there was no phone call. I called and spoke to the general manager and she said she would have to get permission to refund my money. Absolutely ridiculous since they charged me for food I never received. She did call me back later and told me she received permission. I also reached out to the main guest services and explained what was happening. It's not a lot of money but places should not be allowed to charge when there is no exchange of goods. They assured me that the money would be refunded. There has been no refund and it's well past their 5-7 business day window that they provided me. I reached out again to the guest services and simply got a reply that they were looking into it. It's crazy to me that a place can simply charge you and not be responsible for making it right. I finally reached out to my credit card company - Chase is awesome - and they've filed a dispute. All of this time and energy because of a charge that never should have happened. Though we like their food - we will not be ordering from them again. Please be wary when ordering online and make sure you aren't getting charged for things you don't receive.

  Went to the place 45 minutes before closing and they had already locked the doors…stating they had too many orders so they locked the doors early. This was on the evening of 4/26/26…hopefully something is said to that staff so this won’t happen on a regular basis. It was a couple other customers pulling up as well, not understanding why the place had already locked the doors early.

  Haven’t been there in a while and I can see why I stopped going there . Walked in , no welcome when there was 2 employees sitting at the booth to the left . We stood there a bit while we look at the menu ( that was hard to read far away ) to find out there were menus sheet on the counter . When we were about to order a lady walked in behind us and waited , while we were standing in from of the counter , a lady named MARIAMA asked the lady who was behind us if she was a pick up . The lady said yes and mariama told us to step aside and we were like Uhmm ok. She rung out customer and the customer as for a drink. Drink was giving and when we were about to finally order , pick up order said there’s no ice or Diet Coke . Mariama argued that there’s Coke and then turned back at us and gave an attitude look of annoyance. Got our order and went to the fountain machine and all the pops were flat except sprite . While waiting for our food , an older white man walked in for a pickup . Some exchanged was said that I couldn’t here but I saw the man take his food and leave and as he was leaving , mariama and a white younger man began to talk ish about the customer that just left because I guess there was come kind of disagreement with customer . Food was decent but oh my .. the employees there are rotten .. especially when this establishment asked for tips for nasty professionalism
