  On 4/22/26 we ordered 2 BIG ARCH MEALS 40PC NUGGETS 2APPLE PIES THE BIG ARCH HAD SOME SORTA SPICY SAUCE ON IT WE HAVE HAD THEM BEFORE AND THIS WAS NOT THE RIGHT SAUCE COULD NOT BE EATEN BECAUSE OF ULCERS AND CAN NOT HAVE SPICY FOOD AND THE BUN WAS STALE DID NOT A SINGLE SAUCE FOR THE NUGGETS I tried calling I talked to a girl who said she was the manager then when I told the problem she turned around to tell me that she had to talk to her supervisor I spoke Spanish to him then they told me there was nothing they could do for me to call my delivery service I called my delivery service and they told me there's nothing they could do for me call McDonald's I even called the corporate office and they did nothing for me it was unacceptable to put a spicy sauce on hamburgers that was not the proper size to be put on it seems like they opened up a container of buffalo sauce and put it on top of the burger

  Went through the drive-thru to order a medium iced coffee. After paying and receiving my order, I realized there were only two ice cubes in it. I had somewhere to be at a specific time, which is the only reason I didn’t go back, but this was very frustrating. Iced coffee was not made properly.

  One of the more stingy locations in our area. They have very strict rules on sauce (that don’t make much sense- like if you order 40 nuggets the sauce math doesn’t add up 😂) today I ordered two hot cake meals and they would only give me one syrup and one set of silverware. The staff is great and the location is clean. No idea why they cut corners like this.
