  This was a better location but tonight 5/13/26 this many workers this late there's no reason for delays in orders im counting 10 employees standing around talking 30 mins for an online order for 2 mcchickens & a fry! Did curbside waiting so long I had to come in everyone's standing in kitchen talking smdh! We're thr insane ones bcus we cont to buy McDonald's

  They gave our order to a door washer, had to remake it, forgot to remake some of it. The workers were screaming at each other. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for a happy meal while the rest of the food was cold. This location used to be the best in the area. It has consistently been the worst for the past year.

  I wish I could give this location zero stars. Employees are rude and always messing up the orders. I will be avoiding here at all costs and going to a different location.

  It was all a waste of time. I was very disappointed at the staff at this McDonald's, Not only it took them 12 minutes to attend to me. To tell me that their ice cream machine was down then not just that but after I got my order the ticket that they paced on your sandwich inside the bag was full of ketchup. So then when I went to get my soft drink both fountain drink machines were out of soda and no ice at all whatsoever. I also give the restaurant for cleanliness a one. Quite dirty. The tables were dirty the floor was dirty and the fountain drink soda machines were filthy. When I went to a stab that I seen on the dining floor about the soda machine is not having soda or eyes I simply was ignored. I hurried up and got out and stated that I would never come back to that McDonald's again.

  Normally I don’t bother with this. But I felt like this should be addressed. Order food for Curbside pick up waited for 30 min no one brought me my order. When I tried to go inside figure out the situation a young lady was running to the door telling me I cannot come in they are closed. Her attitude was not appreciated and her customer service skills were less than sub par. She told me I have to go to the drive through to get my order. Apparently lobby and curbside close at 10pm and my order was placed a few minutes after 10pm. If I was able to place the order I should have been able to receive the service for that order. I pulled up to drive through they already knew because manager was waiting at the window. The young lady came shortly after looking all smug. I expressed my concerns and how the whole situation should have been handled and spoke directly to the young lady as well. Must say manager handle the whole thing poorly and was even insulated by the young lady and manager allowed it while she proudly walked away after she called me a liar. Gotta say I have never been treated this way at any establishment as a paying customer. Sad to say that the service industry has no customer service standards left. Very sadly disappointed.
