  I had a curbside pick up over two weeks ago, The order was for $140.00 I came home and realized , I had a whole bag of items that did not belong to me and half of my order was missing. On top of that , the items I did receive were covered in milk that spilled in one of the bags. I went back to the store and I brought back all the items that were not mine and asked if they had my items in the back by chance, they said none of my items were there. They offered to have me shop for the items and show them my receipt and they wouldn't charge me , I just left the store. I went home and requested a refund for the items I did not receive , which came out to $60.00. A few days passed and my refund was denied , I called the corporate number and spoke with Ray , Ray apologized and promised me that the 60.00 would refunded back to me, and I would even have a 10.00 credit on my account. Ray then called back moments and said they denied my refund again , because I didn't bring back the spilled milk. I threw out the damaged milk as it was leaking all over my kitchen. I explained that to him. I waited a few more days and called corporate again and spoke with Josh , he said the refund was still pending , I asked if there was any way to escalate it anybody else I could talk to and he told me there was literally nothing he could do. I checked the card which had the transaction on it , and realized they DOUBLE charged me for the transaction. for the 140.00 transaction - which I did not receive half my items they charged my card 280.00 I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I am extremely disappointed with how poorly Jewel has handled this entire situation. Not only weas I not refunded for HALF the order i did not receive , but i was charged twice. I would like somebody else from corporate who can actually help me to reach out. Thank you.

  I walked into the store and I usually check if there are pokemon cards. To my shock the machine actually had pokemon cards. Unfortunately, there were pokemon scalpers, so when I asked the workers to see if they can remove them. They didn’t. They’ve been waiting around the machine for two hours. I found this disappointing because it’s unfair to other people (kids) who want pokemon cards.

  So I have elderly parents who put it in a order for pickup. They asked if I can go pick it up because it is a big order. I said, sure I get a text at eight forty five.That the order is ready.I show up at the store at 8:55 pick the order up that day did a staff decided to leave early. We did a 1 hour went into see where it's at. I was told everybody went home at 9 o'clock System failure.
