It was as if she was there to do her job and that was it unless she was prejudice, or maybe she didn't know how. I was looking to clip my coupon in the Jewels app and couldn't find it. The lady attitude was like find it yourself. She lean back and waited. This is why I don't frequent this particular Jewels.

I asked her to knock on the door because no one was at the desk. She told me to chill out and wait. I then asked for a manager. l am a 56-year-old woman. I did report her to the supervisor. I believe her name was Marge. She said she would take care of it, but the young lady was very unprofessional and rude. She needs to get fired. She was rolling her head, her neck, and her eyes. And yelling, to calm down and chill out girl. I'm sure, when she did her interview, she was kind! And when She did knock on the door finally it was because she needed help and the register.
