Horrible customer service I will be contacting corporate. I waited about 15 minutes. The lady was hiding she wouldn't take my order. I even drove to the window, thinking something was wrong and she still wouldn't come to take my order. She was very rude. I'm definitely going to be calling corporate on this location.
My parents recently visited this location. They are older adults and have limited English, so they tried to communicate their order by pointing to the items they wanted. One employee repeatedly insisted that my father say the item’s name, even though he was pointing to it. She spoke to him rudely and did not make an effort to understand what he was asking for.
A second employee, a blonde woman, then gestured for my parents to leave the store. She used a phrase in my parents’ native language that means “Get out of the store.” The way they were treated was disrespectful and deeply upsetting. They deserved patience and courtesy, especially given their age and difficulty communicating in English. I found the employees’ behavior discriminatory and unacceptable.

Coming to this location is pointless. They rarely ever get orders right! You ask for one thing, they give you something else. Came here recently for a quick late night sweet treat. Only donuts were vanilla long john’s, totally ok. Ordered 2, a hot choc. and a dunkalatte. Guy on the mic said to pull up to the window since he could not hear but not in a kind manner. Pulled up and waited ab 5 min before ultimately leaving. Definitely not a complicated order and his tone was just unnecessary. Could’ve been an interaction less than 5 minutes if he wasn’t so unprofessional but unfortunately he made it difficult.

I have been a regular customer at the Dunkin’ Donuts on 103rd and Central for quite some time. I work in the neighborhood and normally stop in Monday through Friday to purchase coffee and donuts, so I consider myself a loyal, paying customer.
Today, Saturday, I stopped in and needed to use the restroom. I asked the young man working the register if I could have the restroom password. He told me that I needed to be a paying customer to use the restroom. I explained to him that I am a regular paying customer and that I simply needed to use the restroom first, after which I intended to make a purchase.
Unfortunately, he told me no and would not allow me to use the restroom. I didn’t argue or cause a scene. I simply said, “Okay, thank you,” and left the building.
I understand that businesses have policies regarding restroom use, but I feel this situation could have been handled with much better customer service and common sense, especially considering that I am a regular customer who spends money at this location throughout the week.
This experience was very disappointing and has definitely changed the way I view this particular Dunkin’ location. I hope management takes the time to address situations like this and reminds employees that how you treat customers matters. I will not return and I will not let my co-workers either
