  They never make any of my drinks right. Never well blended. Some of the the staff are rude. There’s just a problem every time I come to this location

  I went to try a Sunday and they did not add a certain agreement and when i called the lady was very rude and disrespectful

  I would give 0 stars if i could.. everyday i order my usual hot mocha latte, nd everyday its bad sometimes there is no mocha sometimes its not hot and even sometimes there is no espresso in it, this happens everyday, so today i decided to complain by going inside and i asked for a refund, the staff was soo rude they snatched the coffee out of hands nd threw it in the garbage, like this is not how you treat your customers, especially with their regular customers!!! I am Not coming here againn

  For this to be a brand new built, the staff makes it absolutely HORRIBLE as I see everybody else is also feeling the same way.. I personally will never go back there. I didnt even catch the lady’s name but I ordered a strawberry-banana cold foam refresher, which they have 100 signs of all over the board and menu, but it seems the lady’s brain malfunctioned when I ordered. Finally get it made and the cold foam is EXPIRED and CHUNKY … couldn’t even get my daughters TWO doughnuts she asked for correct 😭😭 such a waste of what coulda be a very nice Dunkin

  The coffee and service here is terrible, I tried giving it a chance 3 different times and unfortunately all 3 different times the same result. I ordered the same item at other locations, in oakforest on 167th, Midlothian, crestwood and even carol stream, coffee is great mo problems however 159th cicero is just terrible 3 strikes you're out
