  I had a great experience at Smashburger thanks to Erica and Terry. They were both friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and that I had a great experience. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. Employees like Erica and Terry are a big reason customers keep coming back. Thank you both for the outstanding service

  This was my first Smash Burger ever, and I can definitely say… its just flat out better than a regular burger. However, this establishment specifically did not have the best atmosphere (it felt pretty ‘fast food’-y, like a chipotle). The food was good, and the tater tots are indeed tasty. While a better option than a place like Burger King, I was not exactly wowed

  Great burger spot but a little pricey. Food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was also clean. Their menu is more extensive than I remember. I'd go back for sure.

  I had my meal delivered it came early I ordered a double smash burger with and egg it was a decent smash burger but a little over seasoned. I thought It was just me until I looked at my scorchin hot fries which I put pictures way over seasoned I really couldn't eat it. Seem like a rushed order. Lastly the new chili was perfect.

  I wish I could have posted a review on this place but the truth is I walked in with my family and waiting in line to order for about 10 minutes and despite three employees standing behind the counter working, not one of them took the time to greet or acknowledge us. We saw them busy, cooking, fixing and packing food. There were two other parties eating in the dining room. But no one ever came to the counter. After waiting 10 minutes, I finally asked if anyone was coming to take our order or if it was best to order in the app. Instead of answering us they looked at each other in disbelief and no one answered for a cold 30 seconds. When one employee finally snapped out of his trance, we just told them we were going to head out and left. No need to spend our hard earned money in an establishment that can't even acknowledge you for that long of a period. So in summary, I wish I could review the food, but I couldn't even order, let alone eat. We went next door to The Lazy Dog and had a blast. Their burgers were great and their service was as well. Oh, and the staff acknowledges patrons in their establishment.
