  East side madison wi cannot take an order correctly if they tried. Order totally messed up! This has happened alot lately. Maybe corporate bosses should be at these restaurants to make sure things are done right. This more a reflection of very bad management and not so much the employees!!

  My husband, son and sister went to portillos yesterday. My husband is a veteran. He brought his military ID to the counter like we always do, and was told that they only give a military discount to those in uniform! What is up with that? The veterans deserve it. This is awful.

  I visited Portillos in Oak Lawn on May 18th and the wait was absolutely too long. I talked to Kenya, the manager; and let her know that I was going to give her negative feedback. Gas is entirely too high for Portillos to have us sitting that long in our vehicle. I have never had this kind of service at the Portillos on Taylor. I always received excellent service.
