  I went to this Panera at 8:30pm to get a pomegranate tea and they are open until 9pm. There was a chair with a cone on top in front of the drive thru. I called to ask what time they were open until and the manager who answered the phone was insanely rude when I asked why there is a chair in front of the drive thru. I saw through the window people cleaning. They were clearly trying to get out of there and would rather clean than have customers.

  This is my favorite Panera in the area. Great place to grab a coffee and sit by the fire on a cool day. I had the Panera membership for over 2 years now and is so good for someone who is on the road all day. Come in, grab a drink, stay to warm up a bit. The staff is great. Everyone is always friendly when you come in. Always clean and stocked at the coffee bar. Great location right by the mall.

  Came here for a quick lunch spot to do some work and it was extremely busy with various groups elderly, kids and families

  They’re okay. With the other Panera closing this is the closest one, although I wish they were open. There are some pretty rude staff members here that don’t even care if you’re a regular, they will still treat you poorly. Theres a women who specifically works the drive-up window. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her in a good mood. She’s always grumpy, agitated, and just rude. I came in to get coffee one night and they threw out all the over coffee at 8:40p, I mean there’ still was 20 min to close. Bottom line, they don’t care how much you spend. Some of the staff still treat regulars poorly.
