  We had a really nice dinner at Labriola in Oak Brook. The food was excellent, and our server, Anna, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made the evening very enjoyable. There was also a great jazz band playing behind us, which added a fun atmosphere. We just would have preferred a table a little farther away so we could enjoy the music without it being quite so close during dinner. The only part of the experience that could have been a little better was the initial greeting. The host seemed a bit distracted when we arrived, and although we asked about moving to a table farther from the band, that table never ended up becoming available. Overall, though, the food and service were great, and we had a very enjoyable meal. With a little more attention to the front-of-house experience, Labriola would be even better.

  We had our wedding welcome party at Labriola and it was a great experience! The staff was attentive to our guests; the bar was kept stocked and a bartender keeping the service flowing. Our guests loved the food, especially the pasta and pizza. A few of our guests had dietary restrictions which the Labriola kitchen and staff handled professionally and with special care to those guests. The back deck was the perfect area to host. The atmosphere was lively and the fire pit with the pond close by was a nice backdrop to the evening. There were space heaters the staff setup to keep everyone comfortable. We wanted to decorate, and the Labriola coordinator was pleasant to work with in that regard. We'd recommend Labriola Oak Brook for your party, especially if you want an outdoor/deck space with food that everyone is sure to enjoy.   I had my daughter’s baby shower at Labriola, Oakbrook in the Family Room this past weekend. Everything was so amazing. Alexa was a pleasure to work with in fine-tuning all of the details. The 2 staff members, Joseph and Morgan, who worked the party went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. They were so helpful and positive. The food was outstanding. Our guests raved about the food. I would definitely host another party at Labriola.

  We have loved LaBriola & LaBarra for many years. Friday night has turned our love into disappointment. The food was just ok; my fish was floating in butter, they were slammed on Friday, and our server struggled to get back to our table. We had to ask 3 times for extra ketchup for my son's burger & fries to find out we were billed $.50 for the ketchup. 3 - 2 oz containers had to be billed? Plus a 3% service charge. Charging for condiments just gives me the vibe that the restaurant is struggling to stay afloat. It's unfortunate but we may not be back.

  I came here all the time for different events. This time was different. I ordered the smash burger and asked for it plain WITH ketchup. And they bring me a plain burger with no ketchup. I then asked for ketchup when the waiter came back. When I get the bill, they charged me $0.50 for the ketchup. The food is good but this is just unnecessary. I don’t know if it’s just this location that charges for a tiny cup of sauce or if it’s the entire brand that tries to pull this kind of thing.
