The guacamole I was served was black. It should have at least been mixed to make it look fresh and appetizing. Very disappointing.

I order Chipotle a lot and I never have an issue but for some reason every time I order from this location I either get wilted cilantro which changes the taste of the food. Or I pay for something and never get the full order like something as simple as a bag of chips. 2 times I have ordered my lunch to be delivered to my work and spent money to have chips with my burrito bowl and 2 times I have not received my chips. Chipotle thinks it's acceptable to just give you a credit on your account for chips, not your money back, not a free entree for the inconvenience of not being able to eat your lunch with the proper items. I literally had to go out of my way to pay $4 on 2 bags of chips in my office vending machine so I can somewhat enjoy my food. This is ridiculous, I feel like you have 1 job and that is to check off items as they are going into the bag and make sure that everything is in there. I know this is a long review and most people will say it's only a bag of chips but it is the principle of the matter when people order their food and PAY for it they should get what they order. Also, I hate that everything is automated and you can never speak with a manager in the store, I feel like it makes the employees not be accountable for their part and there is no way to coach the proper employees so they can do better next time.
