Makes me feel bad for the employees that ARE actually working. Maybe thats why they rotate employees out like a revolving door.
- TYTabitha YanceyJun 24, 20261.0I wish I could give ZERO stars! Placed an order for delivery last Thursday at around 8pm. The site said that the order would be delivered within 30-40 mins. After 55mins, the tracker still showed the my order was being prepared so I called the location. The location advised that my order had been picked up by Doordash and that maybe it was delayed because the driver had multiple stops. I was immediately irritated because when placing the order, the site NEVER mentioned that the order would he delivered by Doordash. If it had, I would not have placed the order. Nevertheless, I wait. The order was not delivered until 930 AND IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER!!! Had a completely different name and address on the receipt and the order was not what I placed. I called the store back and was told that in fact, my order was still sitting on the warmer!!! I asked them to cancel the order because I was not going to wait longer after already waiting for an hour and a half. Fast forward to this week and pizza hut did not cancel the order.....the money for the order I didn't receive has been taken out of my account and not credited. I have tried for the last hour to call the store and now all of a sudden they don't receive direct calls!!!! Someone needs to contact me and process a refund for the food I never received!
