The service and atmosphere was beautiful at the one in O'Fallon Illinois however the food was just not on point. This is my first time visiting this location.

Ordered a simple order of pizza, breadsticks and a salad. App never updated that the order was even being prepared. After 30 mins I called and was told the order had been picked up and was on the way. Order came and was missing the salad. Called the store and was put on hold for 10 mins while they got the manager. Original person came back on phone and said replacement was coming. After 45 mins called and was given call center who gave me a credit. Salad showed 1 hour after calling.

No wonder why they struggle to get orders completed on time. One of the employees is sitting at the front counter on a chair and watching videos on their phone. Makes me feel bad for the employees that ARE actually working. Maybe thats why they rotate employees out like a revolving door.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Placed an order for delivery last Thursday at around 8pm. The site said that the order would be delivered within 30-40 mins. After 55mins, the tracker still showed the my order was being prepared so I called the location. The location advised that my order had been picked up by Doordash and that maybe it was delayed because the driver had multiple stops. I was immediately irritated because when placing the order, the site NEVER mentioned that the order would he delivered by Doordash. If it had, I would not have placed the order. Nevertheless, I wait. The order was not delivered until 930 AND IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER!!! Had a completely different name and address on the receipt and the order was not what I placed. I called the store back and was told that in fact, my order was still sitting on the warmer!!! I asked them to cancel the order because I was not going to wait longer after already waiting for an hour and a half. Fast forward to this week and pizza hut did not cancel the order.....the money for the order I didn't receive has been taken out of my account and not credited. I have tried for the last hour to call the store and now all of a sudden they don't receive direct calls!!!! Someone needs to contact me and process a refund for the food I never received!
