  I'm still waiting to have a good experience at this location, and it's been open for awhile. They either run out of food, get your order wrong, curbside is slow, and the service is slow even when it's not crowded. They have messed up too many times at this location!! The only reason I went was because I had a giftcard.

  My husband and I went in for lunch. This was our 2nd visit. The first time we went in they were giving away free bloomin onions. We didn’t realize this at the time. Our waitress was Cheryl. She is not my favorite waitress. She brought us the wrong food. Was a bit obnoxious. We let it go because they were newly opened and really busy. Fast forward to today. They weren’t busy maybe 4 tables in this section. To my dismay it was Cheryl again. We ordered once again she sat the wrong food in front of us. One of the items was a bowl of soup that she took away from me lifted over my head and placed it on the ledge behind me. She took the salads away came back and said the wrong kiosk was at our table and that’s why she got it wrong. I ordered the “steak Sammie”. When it came out the greens on the sandwich were extremely wilted. Ok so I took them off. I took a bite of the sandwich. The top was very hard the bottom soggy. It had a texture of stringy raw or undercooked meat and it was cold. At first I thought it was the tomato. I took the tomato off took another bite and it was definitely the sandwich. The temperature and texture of the sandwich turned my stomach. I set it aside while my husband finished. Cheryl came out to ask about our food I said the sandwich is awful. She offered to get my meal taken off the bill but I said not necessary. Did I mention our drinks were empty and had been for some time? She took the food away. Handed us the bill and took the kiosk away so we couldn’t use that to pay? I’m not sure. We sat there for a good ten minutes waiting to pay. The mgr came out apologized and ask what was wrong to full responsibility for the cook having not done his job correctly. He walked away as we were asking about paying but he didn’t hear us. Cheryl returned snatched the bill and credit card out of my husbands hand and walked away without a word. I must say we are over tippers. Our son works as a professional bar tender so we are sensitive to the service industry and try to tip well. But after she snatched our card without a word when she took the card or brought it back I have to say we didn’t tip for the first time ever. We appreciated the mgr asking what the problem was and taking the 2 meals off the bill but Cheryl won’t have to worry about seeing us again because we won’t be back. Cheryl if you’re reading this .. might be petty but “we” aren’t having anything I am. I am having the sandwich

  I had the new Delmonico steak and it was MID for sure. It felt like they served me a piece of meat -_- no flavor at all. They also changed the macaroni recipe?!?!? I almost cried when they brought out that new product they call macaroni. But my server was so kind and it made me eat all my food and be grateful. Thank Maddox. <3 oh, and they had a new cookie skillet on the menu… but they’re out.

  Service is really good but the food need hit or miss….. my burgers are good to perfection every time but the steaks……. The thing u supposed to be the best at sucked i asked for medium well i got well…. In fact it was so well done that my mom couldn’t even chew the steak….. but i do appreciate that i was able to contact the restaurant and they offered to replace my food…. Although i have no made it to the restaurant to do just that it was comforting to know that good customer service still exist and that will be the reason I’m willing to return to this place….. i would give it a 4 star but i had to other little issues like my fries coming out cold….. and it takes three minutes for fries and i really wish places would just drop fries to order

  Ben and Ayanna made our meal a genuinely great experience. They were both polite, professional, attentive, and personable. Please recognize them for the excellent work they did, whether that means a raise, a bonus, or at the very least meaningful acknowledgment from management. P.S. to Outback’s owners and corporate team: I am not looking for a coupon, promotional information, or instructions about delivery and drive-thru options. I want confirmation that the employees who made this experience so positive will actually be recognized. Your employees are what make the business possible, and great employees like Ben and Ayanna are the reason customers come back. Thank you again to Ben and Ayanna for making our dining experience so enjoyable.
