  We had one good experience previously but the second time was only disappointment. Both steak and shrimp were overcooked and almost unedible. Steak came out grey throughout when asked for medium well. Shrimp was rubbery and cold. Service was slow and we often got ignored and over looked. It was not very crowded either until we were reafy to leave, and then we couldn't get service to save our life. Total was over a $100 and couldn't even take our leftover sides home since it was impossible to get a server's attention.

  Went for dinner; the server was not very good. Never came back and asked if we needed anything. I ask for my 20 percent off for Armored Force’s appreciation. My ticket was not correct. Waited over 20 min for him to return with the dessert that came with the 3 corse meal.

  First timer here and let me just say, Amari has made it a great experience. Thank you so much for making our date night dinner smooth and delicious and by far having our food come out hot! Everything cooked perfectly! Thanks to the cooks as well! The only negative I’ve notice is the manager greeting all the tables from the time we walked in to leaving. He has not once greeted our table. Hospitality is for EVERYONE, and thanks to AMARI we’ve gotten just that.

  Our server, Cheryl was amazing. Our food was delicious, but, very peppery. Next time we will request less spice. :) The ONLY real critique we have is the floor was EXTREMELY slippery. My husband is a functioning quadrapalegic, and, ambulates with 2 leg braces, and, a cane. He almost slipped quite a few times. The waitress was very apologetic, but, it could cause serious injury. It was an overall great experience, and, we will be back. :)

  Went in for mother's day dinner. This was my second and last time at this location. First time I excused a lot of red flags because it was opening weekend, but here we are 2 years later and it was even worse. Now I know holidays are busy that was understood, but we came in on the back end of the night.. people were leaving.. it was slower so my mistake for expecting anything better. We were seated and ordered Alice Springs chicken, steak and fried shrimp and a blooming onion. The bread was hot but that was the only nice thing edible. Now the onion was SOOOO small 😤😤(see photos) i couldn't believe my eyes. It was nearly soggy and very heavy handed on the salt. Then out comes the food😒😒. Two of my shrimp were burned and two were golden brown. The steak was also very heavy handed on the salt 😑😑 so much so that it was inedible. But the kicker was the Alice Springs chicken. It came out cold, dry and looking very unappetizing. The fries it came with were cold as ice. Now to the servers' (Darius🙌🏾) credit he was very understanding and we didn't blame him.. he didn't cook it 🤷🏾‍♀️, he took the food back and offered to have it re-cooked but atp we were over it. I asked for my bill which was only for the drinks, the only good thing, so shout out to the bartender. Back of the house dropped the ball on this one. So I won't be back and kudos to you if you've had a better experience.
