  Horrible prime rib! Had to saw at it to cut it. 16 oz and over a third was fat and gristle. It was supposed to be the bolder Outback flavor but what little i ate was bland. Took the meat home to give to my dog. A good prime rib should cut like butter and melt in your mouth. The only positive was friendly staff.

  Great food and experience! Out waitress Paige was very attentive and had great hospitality! Food was awesome! I love the little collectibles you can get with the drinks. Had a platypus punch, had a special effect and collectibles. Also available in non alcoholic.

  Our waitress Brenda was absolutely fantastic. Extremely attentive and seem to appear out of nowhere with fresh drinks before we even realized we were low! One of the other waitresses who walked by several times also paused to help us with questions, i think her name was Leah. The one thing that sort of ruined the experience for us was the waiter at the table next to us was extremely critical of both of these girls and possibly other coworkers who were working hard. He went out of his way to make sure both we and his table could hear his criticisms of their intelligence. It was deeply unprofessional of Dylan/Dillon and kind of ruined our good time. Management was also attentive and came out to check on our table personally, which was appreciated.

  Its a poorly run place with staff thats either overworked, or just dont really care. The restaurant was mostly empty. Yet the batender was overwhelmed with his 2 guests when i got there. Their food came out wrong and they sat there waiting the entire time i was there. My salad came out quickly and it was truly great. I had to ask for the complimentary bread and butter. I had to wait a long time for my food. Fine. But when it came out the mashed potatoes were so old burnt and dry i had refused them. The man who brought them out said they were the last scoop i dont know what u want me to do. I said well can u add something to them to revive them? He stormed off. I waited another 30 minutes and another man brought me out the exact same potatoes, in a different dish, but the rest of my food i ordered was nowhere to be seen. I told the bartender just cancel it i dont want it. If the potatoes were out why not just tell me you were out why would u serve me old slop? This was an absolutely horrible experience and the staff was horrible. Do better.

  Second time at the new store. Still not impressed. Wife’s stake was swimming in butter, father in laws stake was dry ad tough tasted like it was frozen, one dish took 45 minutes to come out after the all the other food came out, Managers excuse was we ordered during a shift change and people was was late. Restaurant interior was hot. When we got home my daughter got sick from the pasta. The server was on the ball doing his best to fix the short comings. Three stakes was removed from the bill and the rest of the ticket was discounted 50%. Will not go back.
