  Bad experience got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and something else with jalapeños the worker got it completely wrong and upset me. The sandwich has no jalapeños and they put it on the sandwich. I sent someone to order for me and when I opened it it was completely wrong and I don’t like picking it out. Picture as proof. The person I sent in said they were also short staffed but we didn’t mind waiting as long as they got it right

  Need to be more friendly and a better listener with empathy. Is all. Thank you . Don't worry I be spending my 300 dollars per month at potbellys or the Jimmy Jhons at Melrose Park

  Worst Jimmy John's ever! They always keep the door locked because they don't like to work and when they are open the employees get mad you for making them work!
