I get the picture. **Update** Spoke with Management, I was informed there's nothing they can do, its how the ice cream come. 🤔 Well had the same two scoops recently and ice cream was in a better condition than just served. Discarded Product due to the consistency. The ice cream has visible signs that shows the product is not held at a sufficient temperature for firmness. Ice cream is a milk product and improper temperatures can cause bacteria growth and may cause someone to become sick.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
