He even communicated calmly and professionally towards another customer that they ran out of broccoli cheddar soup and offered reasonable alternatives. I didn't have the chance to personally recognize him or get his name, so here is my shout out to that employee! Your performance is what so many others in a similar role should strive towards in a time where customer service skills are lacking severely!

They are not putting enough on their sandwiches. This has been going on since 2022. I hope it gets better and I am happy to return.

Cram of broccoli used to be so creamy and delicious now it was very soupy and casteless. Bred is no longer French nuggets but rather sandwich bread. Greek salad was so sour. Too bad not sure what is going on but hope they get their act together, we don’t want to lose another restaurant in our neighborhood
