- JOJonathan Olszewski4 days ago2.0I’ve been going to this DD for about 2 years now and lately it’s been horrendous. I order from the app and consistently I’ll order pick up and then the doors will be locked with no note, no info, people working just staring at me like I don’t matter. So I get back in my car and wait in the painfully slow drive thru, I finally get to the window and ask why the door isn’t open, they talk to me like I should know this….its because they are understaffed!! Which is fine but maybe turn off the pickup order on the app and only offer drive thru. So I’m not playing Escape Room to find my over priced iced coffee. Fast forward to this weekend, I order drive thru, except guess what….drive thru is closed!! They have a thin rope about 7 ft high with no note, no flags, no cones, so I drive under it only to get yelled at by numerous workers. Apparently they just asphalted the thing… Like at 5:50am I can tell they repaved the road. So now I have to park, walk in to my order that’s not ready and everyone is berating me like didn’t you see that dental floss we they hung 7ft high?? No dude it’s dark, try putting up a couple cones or once again, TURN OFF THE DRIVE THRU OPTION ON THE APP!! I will no longer be attending this terrible DD and I hope this review helps.

Well Johanna said THATS COMPLICATED UGH. With a attitude. Then I said I want six donuts HOW MANY?!? yelling at me!!! "I want two plain" HOW MANY PLAIN!!! totally uncalled for... Then one of her coworkers passes by AND SHE SNAPPED AT HER TOO!! "I TOLD U NOT TO THROW AWAY THOSE BOTTLE!" please FIRE JOHANNA. her coworkers look so unhappy and she leaves us customers upset too; FIRE HER!!!

They were unfriendly, dismissive, and made it feel like serving customers was an inconvenience. There was no basic courtesy or professionalism, which completely ruined the experience. To make matters worse, the food was served cold. Between the poor customer service and the unacceptable food quality, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’. Management really needs to address the way customers are treated and the lack of attention to food quality. I won't be going back to this location.
